Whilst I’m sure everyone who can remember them would love to see the good old days back of the 1980’s it sadly ain’t going to happen. I for one just feel fortunate for the opportunity to go and see live speedway again. There just isn’t the rider pool or frankly money available to provide the quality of racing you quite clearly desire. however, at least there is now the RS programme in place and we are for once starting to develop some grass roots talent. Why are you not willing to put your hand in you pocket to give to the sport now to build a better future? Sorry for singling out your post but you do tend to bleat on about the unfairness of this and that and picking out the holes rather than looking at the positives.
