Hell's bells, Kenneth Bjerre was over-taking last night, so it can't have been the hardest thing in the world to achieve, can it? Adrian Rymel passed Hans Andersen in a sweet move. There was over-taking. And more often than not it was the hapless riders in the red helmet colour getting over-taken.

Or a run of inside gates?

A lot of the Edinburgh fans there are "on tour" - Reading on Sunday, SWC at Brandon yesterday and the Isle of Wight today.

The gate positions that the colour brings - blue has always been heavily favoured as a colour under the current format.
