Yes, and no interval after heat 11, no messing about with kids running round the track, etc. They'll need to be finished the main meeting by 6:30pm, otherwise I hope the juniors have fitted headlights on their bikes.......

What are they arguing about? There are plenty of rainfall radar websites that give an accurate forecast? What time is the curfew should be the main consideration? It was miraculous what they did in Wrocslaw earlier in the season but it at least had stopped raining.

Workington Reds football at home today, Town v Haven tomorrow, Speedway World Cup later this afternoon (with Charles Wright absent from the Redcar side), if I were cynical I'd say it had been called off due to expected low attendance rather then the weather........

Much is made of how good the NSS track is but in reality it's a narrow one-line track in the latter stages of these meetings, whoever gets to the dirt line beside the fence first coming out of the second bend first lap is pretty much guaranteed the win as long as they don't make a mistake.
