Maybe Kildemand has also a new made up average in the Premiership as well as the Championship, was there once a rule that the an assessed average could not be converted and used for doubling up/down?? If he is indeed a 6pt average, we are well and truly going to be well adrift at the bottom.

Agree, should be the case for all signings in all leagues.

Cheetahs last 3 riders to be announced tomorrow.
-
Cheetahs have stated their last 3 riders will be announced tomorrow
-
Of course, I never said they didn't, just pointing out they have money if needed to somebody who seemingly questioned the funds available (not you).
-
They will have no trouble paying their winter fuel bill
-
Or maybe Bomber tapped up Boughen to go to Glasgow and Oxford didn't like that, so no place for Bomber.
-
Nobody believes that the rising star order of pick was real, riders have literally ended up where they wanted/was agreed by all clubs. No way Leicester choose to keep Hagon over Flint. It is what it is, riders will tell different people different things. After today, Cheetahs definitely have some decisions to make, including how they manage to get Nicholls back into the team when/if fit
-
At least it's now official. Hopefully a juicy fee involved and move on.
-
Not convinced we have a number 1 lined up, a season of struggle ahead at this level.
-
Even with Magic averaging 8'ish, team looks weak without another big hitter
-
As I've said already, if we can't get a genuine number 1, we will be struggling to be competitive. I'm willing to be pleasantly surprised when they sign/are announced Don't leave it too long thou, season tickets will be going on sale shortly no doubt.
-
If the rumoured signings of Magic, Riss and Schlien leave 8.01, looks like we will need a 'big' hitter to stay competitive. Is it realistic to think maybe Vaculik, Dudek, Madsen, Michelsen? the rumours about Bewley seemed to have dried up. Without somebody of that standing, a battle to avoid bottom spot looks on the cards.

Play off Bob would fit
-
So it appears that Boughen may no longer be 'confirmed' , despite it being announced as a signing a few weeks back!!!
-
Killeen and Boughen have both been confirmed as Cheetahs for next season.
-
Doubt any team will reveal a full 1-7 before the AGM is complete

Poole V Oxford. KO Cup Final. 16/17 October 2024
Hilly replied to Steve Shovlar's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
No, Kevin Boothby secured a 10 year lease when he took over the running of the stadium. -
Again, Jenkins and Boughen were not available as they were picked from the RS list, unless they wanted to remove themselves.
-
Masters will struggle to fit if we sign a number 1. We could not have signed Jenkins or Boughen at 6 as they were picked from the RS list so were unavailable after we picked Killeen. If they weren't picked, we could and probably would have taken Jenkins at 6. Unless of course either removed themselves from the RS list but would then lose the discount on their average.
-
Where is the evidence to say it's all down to Oxford? Supposedly it's a majority vote so at least 4 other teams must be voting the same way. If true Oxford threatened to withdraw, then it's out of order. I'd be in favour of 2 home/away

He's been doing it all season, not as regular as recently but definitely been doing it all season.

SGB Championship 2025 - Confirmed Signings
Hilly replied to Kerryxo's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
If only 1 club is against 2h 2a, it would get voted through, no point trying to lay all the blame for the fixtures at one club as its a majority vote. -
Killen confirmed Boughen confirmed Nicholls surely Scott will be one of the better riders starting on a 2pt average of any new riders coming up from the NDL(obviously Cairns will be the exception) Jenkins highly likely Masters seems to really enjoy riding alongside Nicholls, would be shocked if he moved on Then see what's left to play with.
