  1. Just read a official press release by the Ipswich Witches, Jason had dislocated his hip(put back in yesterday) and sustained a cut to his face, hoping to leave hospital tomorrow.
  2. do you honestly believe that they could make a medical decision and announce it before Jason had even left the track/stadium??....I would bet my last bottom that no medical person would of relayed that or indeed one of Jason's "camp" would of. As for comparing it to race times, you have let yourself down trying to use that as a comparison.
  3. I thought the Freddie and Kurtz incident was a debatable decision, Freddie in front, Kurtz laid it down??...50/50 decision.
  4. one concern for me is the state of the track, yes it was smooth but didn't really give many racing lines. Speedway is in the entertainment sector, take out the attraction of being entertained and then there's only one outcome further down the line. Who ever did the track last night, do not let them anywhere near the Belle Vue track for those GP's/
  5. so there we have it a nut shell, posts on here said Jason had a broken thigh and leg...now just imagine if some of Jason's family, friends, sponsors, loved one's etc etc had read those comments. Sending best wishes and a speedy recovery to Jason, if ever a rider deserved a turn of luck then surely Jason is that rider.
  6. So some feel the need even without clarification of official or factual input to still post on hearsay...nothing more than attention seeking, each to their own and all that. Ohh the horses are calm, that is based on fact not hearsay!
  7. people posting comments about Jason's injury and based purely on over hearing other fans comments, is pure and simply wrong...why not await a factual press release from Jason or his camp. Boils my absolute pi55.
  8. you would of thought every track/club in Britain would of promoted last nights event, very short sighted by those clubs who didn't.
  9. after watching the final last night and with the two GP's coming up at Belle Vue, I for one cannot wait, will be like a breath of fresh air compared to Cardiff.
  10. moan moan and moan....why not take your 1980s programme boards, your flask of tea and that scarf you found in the car park twenty years ago and follow bowls or tennis.
  11. If ever a score line flattered a team, Brummies were woeful…who ever put that team together needs to give their head a wobble.
  12. Track is push poor, racing is about as exciting as Staechmann.
  13. Last night at Ipswich, Kurtz looked every bit the rider i have him for, lacking in consistency. A world beater one day and bang average the next...
  14. a decent meeting to watch, enjoyed it from start to finish...by far the best racing track in the league. Bewley and Kurtz are a dominant force, but how many times have we seen Kurtz looking like a world beater but only to disappoint as the season goes on? Brennan looked good.. Doyle and Emil, looked off of it to me. King rode well all night. Zischke looked a million dollars when gating but looked awful when at the back...hope not but he could be the modern day Todd Wiltshire!! Both teams will look at the positives from the meetings, fully expecting both of them to be there or there abouts come the business end of the season.
  15. so those who currently have TNT Sports 1,2,3 in their Sky contract, at a cost £27/£30....does this just mean that nothing changes and speedway is available as normal, or is there an additional cost?
  16. certainly wasn't the racing or passing being talked about, that is for sure....take out the crashes and it was dire in terms of entertainment.
  17. thought the track was poor again last night, you can see why they pay top dollar for there riders, hardly anything going out of the shale expenditure column!
  18. absolute gash about it being Scott's fault...at Poole you start turning left just about on the starting line or close after, unless you are going for the dirt line then you carry the straight another ten yards or so, Vinnie had gained speed out of bend 4 tried go up the inside for a gap that wasn't clearly there, instead of shutting off and biding his time he nailed Scott. Dress it up as much you like but there's the facts, its not the first time a young lad has made a mistake with over exuberance and certainly won't be the last.
  19. Right now he is raw and fully full of teen spirit!....however he is either going to hurt himself or someone else, last night he made the same mistake three times in the very same place, lifting coming out of bend two. He'll either learn very quickly or someone will teach him the hard way, lets be honest he nailed two riders last night but do that to some seasoned pro's who have a memory like a elephant and he'll be in the wrong place at the wrong time. I like his enthusiasm and careless attitude, just fine tune it a little.
  20. Interesting performances by Max Fricke, different as chalk and cheese over two nights.
