  1. any markets up for tonight?
  2. The last couple of meetings on TV and BSN has seen tracks that can only be described as poor, this includes British racing and the Grand Prix's. I thought the BSPA had a track curator who was in charge and over looking tracks? In a few weeks time we have the chance to put on a show piece for the world to see, I think we all acknowledge that the Belle Vue track is the best for racing in his Country, please let the local track prep team work on it and present it, nobody wants to watch a gate and go bore fest, fans pay to be entertained right now they are not, its no good commentators saying the track will be good later on, most times it isn't, fans need to be entertained from heat one. Speedway as a sport is up against it, pizz poor tracks are nailing another nail in it.
  3. Spot on Rob, track was terrible...there was one "break" where they carried out track work and low and behold the very next race the track was even worse and a dust bowl. One thing to note from last night, someone somewhere is losing money hand over fist.
  4. forget the bet Musielak to outscore Dan tonight.
  5. so Bewley could end up with six rides, including rr and heat 15?
  6. if there's no Kurtz tonight, can Bewley take one of his rides?
  7. having a decent bet tonight, think Musielak is a decent bet to outscore Bewley, will also take a saver on them both scoring the same. Tobiasz has scored well recently around Brum, can see it being a gate fest which will not help Dan, plus Tobiasz will get an extra ride for RR...don't like betting against Dan as he is a rider i enjoy watching! Good luck to all those punting tonight.
  8. The score has been close but as for decent racing, not for me…I’m just not a gate and go fan.
  9. Everything that is wrong with British speedway in full view tonight…terrible track and an even worse pundit/commentator…absolute shyte.
  10. There's a world of difference between heat times and a diagnosis of a injured rider...and it has transpired were pure and utter fabrication.
  11. Just read a official press release by the Ipswich Witches, Jason had dislocated his hip(put back in yesterday) and sustained a cut to his face, hoping to leave hospital tomorrow.
  12. do you honestly believe that they could make a medical decision and announce it before Jason had even left the track/stadium??....I would bet my last bottom that no medical person would of relayed that or indeed one of Jason's "camp" would of. As for comparing it to race times, you have let yourself down trying to use that as a comparison.
  13. I thought the Freddie and Kurtz incident was a debatable decision, Freddie in front, Kurtz laid it down??...50/50 decision.
  14. one concern for me is the state of the track, yes it was smooth but didn't really give many racing lines. Speedway is in the entertainment sector, take out the attraction of being entertained and then there's only one outcome further down the line. Who ever did the track last night, do not let them anywhere near the Belle Vue track for those GP's/
  15. so there we have it a nut shell, posts on here said Jason had a broken thigh and leg...now just imagine if some of Jason's family, friends, sponsors, loved one's etc etc had read those comments. Sending best wishes and a speedy recovery to Jason, if ever a rider deserved a turn of luck then surely Jason is that rider.
  16. So some feel the need even without clarification of official or factual input to still post on hearsay...nothing more than attention seeking, each to their own and all that. Ohh the horses are calm, that is based on fact not hearsay!
  17. people posting comments about Jason's injury and based purely on over hearing other fans comments, is pure and simply wrong...why not await a factual press release from Jason or his camp. Boils my absolute pi55.
  18. you would of thought every track/club in Britain would of promoted last nights event, very short sighted by those clubs who didn't.
  19. after watching the final last night and with the two GP's coming up at Belle Vue, I for one cannot wait, will be like a breath of fresh air compared to Cardiff.
  20. moan moan and moan....why not take your 1980s programme boards, your flask of tea and that scarf you found in the car park twenty years ago and follow bowls or tennis.
  21. If ever a score line flattered a team, Brummies were woeful…who ever put that team together needs to give their head a wobble.
