  1. So after being hijacked again, back on topic. So Somerset have booked Wright for BWD,bit disappointed was hoping Lynn would get him for Toft.Lynn have Aarnio guesting for Toft other than that Lynn have a full team with Iversen being back.
  2. Only the blind couldn't see the bad luck Lynn got at the most critical time of the season. I don't seem to get Daniel this last month or so,he seems so down or something. He really does have a problem with everything King's Lynn and the promotion.Personally i think the promotion with the addition of Brundle has improved this year and so has the crowd imo.Things take time to turn around but they are doing it.
  3. What an earth has happened to the Somerset v King's Lynn KO Cup thread could have sworn it was here somewhere. All it seems to be now is the Steve Shovlar side show. Trying to get it back on course now,i'm hoping Lynn try to get Charles Wright to guest for MPT especially for this trip to Somerset. He does ride well there and may have the added incentive to do well with what went on earlier in the season.
  4. I don't know why you always look for a reaction, but thats you all over im afraid. To me Poole in 2010 were by far the best team all year bar the last 2 weeks of the season.Just because you win the play-offs doesn't make you the best team over the year i'm afraid. There's no point of having a debate with you as you will only see it your way anyway as always.
  5. I don't agree with you there, you were the best team in the play-offs,but for the year you were not.
  6. What has he moved as well.He use to live in Peterborough didn't he.
  7. I'm sure Iversen will be fit,if not Hans Andersen will do he gives his all no matter what.Lives local too.
  8. That's plenty,i have enough in my copper jar at home
  9. Don't get what you mean with the Ellis guesting and 8 day rule.
  10. You would think there would be some kind of recognition to finishing the league top wouldn't you.Only in speedway do you get diddly squat.Just another trophy made would be ok wouldn't it.
  11. Hopefully all clubs will get together for the good of British Speedway altogether.
  12. I did hear at the track that he would be riding next week. But SS and his reliable source said Ellis was riding,i should have learnt by now not to take any notice of him. Will be nice to have nearly a full team for the KO Cup,although missing MPT is a hammer blow to the team as proved last night he is pretty irreplaceable at the moment.
  13. Got to get the ball rolling early to take my mind off our defeat in the play-off final So Somerset and Kings' Lynn both have injury problems ahead of the final. BWD and Summers are injury doubts and Holder is definitely out for Somerset. For King's Lynn MPT season is finished but could NKI be back next week. We have had decent results at Somerset in the past, but the last one was a shocker for us.I'm hoping Lynn bring in C.Wright for MPT he goes quite well around there i believe.I hope that wouldn't upset anyone.
  14. First and foremost well done to Poole on their victory over 2 legs. Tonight was the worse scoreline for me,i either wanted Lynn to get 54 points or just 46.But getting 51 i just keep thinking about the decision in ht 12 on Monday. Anyway for Lynn it's been a very good season in my eyes, especially as they were tipped to do bugger all.To get to the play-offs was quite an achievement, but to manage to finish top of the regular league was an achievement that no Lynn fan could dream of i don't think. Hopefully we can win the KO Cup next week,as i think this team that has done so well this year does deserve to get something out of the season that they have all had. And also a well done to the promotion,i wasn't expecting to get there tonight and pay the normal price of a league match.I was expecting at least £20 so well done there.
  15. Just look at the wink emoji, for christ sake do you honestly think anyone would put any of those in a track
  16. Traffic wise yesterday was very good.Although we didn't go up to the M11 thats just risking to many miles on the M25.We turned off on the M1 then onto the A421 across to the A1/M and went Peterborough way.No difference in mileage just gives a lesser chance of being caught out on the M25. As regards gates opening i'm not sure, probably around 17-30 tonight. The weather is going to warm anyway so bring yourself a picnic and blanket and sit on the nice hard concrete outside the stadium and wait for the gates to open
  17. I'll take Ricky Wells with an extra 5% that Poole have been afforded
  18. This is absolutely true, with one big difference though football referees get one look at an incident in real time.Last night he had numerous replays, slow mo,different angles but still got it drastically wrong even you have said that.
  19. True,we wanted Ellis for the 1st leg fine but everyone created about that.
