Rye House V Kings Lynn / Kings Lynn V Rye House

13th of this month is the new date. Then we can bed down for winter -
Swindon have picked Poole then with Poole being at home first.Guess that leaves Belle Vue against Wolves then.

Lahti most probably will score well, but he won't be getting 7 rides, that is what will hurt most imo.If one of your top 5 are having a bad night it won't be Lahti replacing them. -

Always thought you had to send your tickets back to the stadium to get a refund.Send it by recorded post or a proof of postage. That's what id one at Leicester last season and didn't have any problem. As for tonights double header the most you could ask for really is to get in for £22.50.Although £25 is still good and i would be happy paying that whether it's on tv or not. -

Think only one person said that, and i see what he meant. If you have your ticket from the double header though, surely as i said before you will get in with this for the re-staging. -

We are still here, just don't have to much to shout about. Now if we were to get a win at Monmore, the forum would explode Three absentees tonight for Lynn.No S.Lambert,Huckenbeck both aggravating recent injuries and Jonasson is ill.So it's R/R for Huckenbeck,Ellis for Jonasson and Perry for Lambert. -

Don't think league points would count after tonight anyway. They may be put onto the league table standings, but for play-off purposes isn't the cut off tonight. So if Leicester win and we lose we are in the relegation play off no matter what, even if we beat Rye House in a re-arranged fixture. As far as i know anyway. -

I don't actually think there is an agreement or you would have thought all televised matches would have been the same price. The Rye House one on telly recently was dearer than any other, and wasn't the Swindon one cheaper than any other. -

Yes to me if you went on Thursday then you have the ticket as a rain off ticket so you will get in with that. They did say over the tannoy to keep your tickets. I am assuming now, kelvinht meant he would like to have £8 knocked off the admission for the Rye match thus paying £9 entrance on the re-arrangement.So all together you still pay £17 a meeting.I think i may have read it wrong . I think as we paid for the double header we should be able to use the ticket as re-admission.Don't give them any ideas kelvinht -

Don't get that one,why if you also attend the Rye meeting would you expect £8 back.I agree £8 back if you don't go to it. -
Can't see that happeneing. So you are trying to say something like a rider saying "can't be bothered tonight you will have to get a guest".I would think they will probably go down the Championship route and say teams can have guests if riders 2-5 are out injured or on other duties ie World qualifiers etc.So we don't have the difficulties experienced by Lynn and Somerset over the last couple of weeks.

I'm sure you were one of those that were happy to get rid of those two.And surely you would have known like for like for those two weren't readily available. The reason i really knew that was when Poole got rid of KK on his 11+ average and got in Kennett you knew riders weren't willing.Because believe me Ford would have made sure he was going to fill that average. -

You'll find Shovlar forgets what he says half the time,so ends up cotradicting himself quite often. -

You really must take of those blue tinted glasses.Don't you see anything but Poole in the world of speedway. The reason i put who will Swindon pick is because they were already confirmed as finishing top of the league. -
I like that, been to many years since we've had a derby against our old fierce rivals.
-
We got 39 points .Didn't expect to get anything from this one anyway,in fact the scoreline was closer than i thought it was going to be. At least now with Poole winning tonight i can fully support the Stars against Rye when they come visiting .

You have got to hand to Gavan he knows his stuff.Well done you sussed what was likely to happen before the meeting, unlike a couple of the Poole fans. Well done Poole. Now for the nitty gritty, who will Swindon pick. Think they will go for Poole if they know Starke is going to be at reserve. And should be 2 big crowds being it is less than 100 miles apart. -

Would the same have applied to Klindt, you know the rider who was clearly unfit when riding for Poole according to you.So i am sure the same can apply to Hougaard too.You must remember some of the things you have wrote in the past. -

Hey,he only won his last ride last night beating Auty,Jonasson had an e/f.In his other ride he got points in he came a distant 2nd to Jorgensen, again beating Auty.So he only really beat a reserve last night apart from Jonasson's e/f -
The only way to tempt big name riders back is £££££s.Which is what our clubs don't have. Doyle still does override himself a bit.Like he did at Lynn a month or so ago.He nearly fenced Jorgensen but ended up burying himself in the fence. That was so close to what could have been a bad accident for Jorgensen.Maybe because Doyle was getting beat by a lesser rider he felt he had to override himself.

Rye House V Swindon 1st September
tellboy replied to crazysue's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Can't see anything other than a Rye win tbh.Reserves will be key and i think Rye's will be to strong. -
Suppose there was no guest adequate to replace Lambert, remember all PL sides are racing tonight.
