Swindon Vs Kings Lynn 21 August 2017

Thought it was announced if Porsing wasn't fit Lambert would take his place. -
Grand Prix Challenge 2017
tellboy replied to STEPHEN 333's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Well done Cookie.Must admit i didn't know it was an afternoon/evening meeting,so just scrolled through the updates without looking at the scores. After seeing a first race duck i feared the worst. But then getting 11pts out of a possible 12pts was a truly brilliant effort in that field of riders. Can't believe i will be cheering on a Pole in the next few GP's.But if that's what it takes to get a true Brit back in the GP's then so be it. C'mon Dudek -

It certainly ducks behind Palm Paper earlier which is quite a large building. -

While i agree you should win this one,and i know you are top of the league, but Doyle apart Swindon would also look like a team from the championship imo. -
Kings Lynn Vs Wolves ( Double Header) 23.08,17

It's certainly a lot lower in the sky this time of year.We are 2 months past the longest light hours in the day. -
People are moaning about the double header with both matches being against Wolves. To start with i wasn't to happy and thought maybe Wolves and another team would be better. But we only have Wolves,Poole and Rye to ride at home.So as i have just got in from work i thought i will take at look at the remaining fixtures for these teams. And having looked at these i now fully understand why Buster has had to do the double header just against Wolves. If those people care to look at the remaining fixtures you may understand. So bring it on,two meetings for less than a price and a half . If it's half as good as the meeting against Leicester then it will be money well spent.

Kings Lynn Stars Vs Leicester 16/08/17
tellboy replied to g13webb's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Nicklas would bring that little more strength to the side i think We did just sneak the win though How dare you go against your team like that .I expected a defeat to.But credit to the team for pulling that one back. Auty brilliant when he took a tip from Lambert(Robert)Lamert was awesome tonight, never seen him gate so well.Best we have seen of Jonasson too,two great races in his last two to go straight through the lions pair.Toft had his moments, and Jorgensen seems a good match for the Lynn track. We could even afford an off night for Huckenbeck. I love winning with a team of triers,it certainly beats losing. That result may just keep us from gaining the wooden spoon this season -
Rye House V Belle Vue 16/08/2017

You should start with hoping your team wins first .If your team had done what was expected from them you wouldn't have to cheer on other teams C'mon the Rockets -

If we lose this, then i think we will finish bottom of the table.Shame as it looked so bright before the going's on against Poole. We need Auty and Porsing to up their game from last week to be in with a chance i think.Having said that Leicester have a good strong reserve pairing. Who will Leicester have at no1,if i was the manager i would get Josh G as there is only Somerset and Swindon riders to choose from. -
Part of a double-header with Swindon being there too that night.
-
Thought that was at the start of a race.

Rye House V Kings Lynn 9.7.17

Would have to be R/R as Lynn will only have him missing. -
The thing is this pair call themselves professional speedway riders. The only thing i've seen from them two recently is totally unprofessional.

King's Lynn V Somerset 7/8/17(£10 Adults)
tellboy replied to tellboy's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
On a clear wind up.Don't think it was a terrible advert was it,i don't know how it came over on the tv,but being there it didn't seem a terrible meeting. You have not been to a Lynn meeting then if you think there were very few people here. That knocked spots off any previous televised meeting bar a play-off match. That £10 must have done the trick and i'm sure Buster must have been happy with the turnout although not the result. Jorgensen is definitely a find for Lynn, must be the 2nd mechanic he's got as to why he is scoring so well -
As lisa-colette said"they",you would think it will be a collective decision rather than just one person making it.Mind you there seem to be plenty of people that do think one person makes all the decisions.

I've got to agree with you there. -

I'll be there too. Many fans wanted Buster to get rid of the troublesome two,now he has they probably won't attend another match this season -
Just giving my opinion.I do it with other posters too, believe it or not.You must have worries if you think i pick on your posts all the time. You gave your opinion and i gave mine, simple really. And i didn't say make a stand against Poland at all, just that taking riders on a whim is taking the mick.If they had signed riders at the start of the season then fair enough. But to give Peterborough probably not even a weeks notice is taking the pee don't you think.
-
So you would be quite happy see the farce that happened at Leicester on Saturday happen so many more times again.I know this wasn't the reason Saturday, but it could quite easily be if you are happy to have the riders go to Poland on a whim.
-
How would you have hoped to see the BSPA chairman present the 4's trophy today,as it appears you weren't there either
-
That'll be about right.Fit enough to ride in a tougher league and then miss the weaker UK league.I sincerely hope he makes his UK comeback in Leicester's next meeting.
