No it doesn't.You can make a change after the 25% of league matches and not before. The season started officially for many clubs at the start of the league cup.You have to declare your 1-7 before the season starts and then no changes until the the 25% has been concluded.I don't think it is hard to understand. In the past i have enjoyed many posts from Belle Vue fans thought them to be down to earth and honest. Some of them though just seem to have the blinkers on for this rule.

Regards K.Lynn yes it is an injury now and we believe Kildemand wasn't going to come in the end.For this Lynn would have been able to have a facilty on both counts,so can sign a replacement, which NKI has for now.
-
Watching this with a newbie who has come to the Lynn matches at home and away to Peterborough. He couldn't believe his eyes at the poor meeting last night i hope this doesn't put him off because he has really enjoyed the speedway he has watched so far by actually going. Ermolenko is poor,he gets quite a few things wrong. The first thing i picked up on was he said the Lynn and Wolves track are similar in which they both have tight bends

You have to go and read the regs Phil.Clearly states you have to declare your 1-7 before the start of the official season, from this point no transfers can be made until 25% league matches are complete. Pretty sure they will now make an amendment to the rules as 2 clubs have now broken them.Expect a supplementary reg to put in at some point this season,or maybe they will just let it wash over as usual.
-
I am a 100% convinced having read through properly.A League Cup is an official match. So even if the clubs only went from their own first official match their season has started. From then your declared 1-7 has to remain until the 25% mark.Unless of course for long term injury or a rider refusing to ride.
-
Bluster from Louis, but in the light of Belle Vue with Zagar they have to allow this change. I had a good read of the regs yesterday and from your initial 1-7 which you have to name before the start of the season(back in March)you cannot make a change until after 25% of PL matches are complete.

Missed that, thought it was Pickering that was unwell and Lawson a sore knee.
-
So you are basing that on the one meeting you have seen on TV on a piss poor track.I've seen him in another 4 meetings in which he has done what is required from him.
-
Rules are broken frequently,so in the interests of speedway he should be allowed to ride Thursday if he is fit.We need to see the best riders ride when possible.
-
Just had to bring my post up with my deliberate spelling mistake, anybody see NKI backwards in it
-
I kept hinting i thought it was him.Just something i see a little while ago.I actually put a spelling wrong with nki spelt backwards in it.
-
NKI to stay the season,i said i thought it was him

The start of the season is the first official fixture which was way back in March.Any match that is sanctioned by the BSPA/SCB is an official meeting. I have looked at the rules a few times and now i believe the BSPA has made a cock up.First of all Belle Vue should have had their 1-7 declared before the start of the season(rule). Then if Allen was there he was in their declared 1-7.The Premiership only means the teams involved in the top league. So from your initial 1-7 declaration which has to be done before the start of the season you can only make a transfer when 25% of the league fixtures are done.It doesn't matter if you had 20 league cup matches before you would still only be permitted to make changes after 25% of League fixtures that's from the start of your declaration back in March. It's called a Premiership transfer window. I don't think it is to hard to understand that from the start of the season no transfers are allowed until 25% league fixtures are complete. Like i said somewhere before, the rules wouldn't be so bad if certain promoters didn't try bending the rules year after year and the Governing bodies letting them get away with it.Because every time it has gone on then their is a further amendment the following season. The rule book should be 5 times smaller than what it currently is.Mind you half of that is down to Matt Ford
-
They couldn't change the agreed tv schedule as 25% of the PL fixtures haven't been completed yet
-
I thought your last paragraph did matter to you.Or that's what I seem to get from some of your posts as to one of the reasons you don't attend so often now.Unless I am thinking of someone else
-
Thought those ones were quite clear, especially when you compare them against some of the other rules.
-
As someone has said and i believe is that the no7/RS that is protected.Plus i am sure you are not allowed a tactical in that race. edit:just had a quick look at the regs. Taken from the 2022 SCB speedway regulations In all Premiership Team competitions the #7 is protected in heats 2 and 8 and no replacements are permitted unless injured and confirmed in writing by the MO 012.4.4 Tactical Substitute (TS) Is not applicable in a 2 legged tie a) is permitted on only one occasion in heat 5 – 14, excluding heat 8, when a team is 6 or more points in arrears Plus i didn't know that if the R/S attains a high enough average he would ride in the 1-5 and the then lowest average rider will ride at 7.
-
A decent team manager would just replace him with the other reserve wouldn't they?Don't have to faff about to get him excluded just pull him and get the reserve in.
-
All this will do is put another addition to the rule book. The rule book has to many rules in it as it is.Why don't they just make every team make the declaration of their 1-7 by a certain date, obviously before any matches take place.Something like the end of February will do.
-
Didn't think a T/S was allowed in ht 8 anyway.
-
The rule is you can sign an injury replacement rider. So NKI would be allowed.
-
I don't think there was any mud slinging,it was just people interpreting the rules differently, which is totally understandable with how the rules are written. Good to see another top rider back in the UK.Just waiting for NKI now please.
-
I think so.I had a feeling since last week that he may carry on if things outside the UK allowed.Who knows how long he can carry on for.Unsure when the Swedish league starts,or whether he has dropped a team.Guaranteed payment from Buster if he stays,or possible non payment from Sweden if he goes there.I know what i would choose. Taken from the Wolves website. King's Lynn are led by former Wolf and the Monmore Green track record holder Niels-Kristian Iversen - adding extra spice to what already promises to be a tasty first league fixture in the Black Country.

R/R is a facility isn't it? Didn't Ipswich use their no8 last night instead of their other reserve. They didn't use him for the rising star who was absent.
