Well that's a concept massively flawed and NOT actually any sort of rule or even guideline. after all it would depend on how much people paid to get in surely? At Kent it's £12 so a £1 'refund' per heat not run would be worth more than the same £1 for a meeting at, say, Rye House where admission's £16.. Clearly a percentage rather than a £1 per race makes more sense. Oh and it's heat 10 where results are declared now not 12.

Fair enough but considering that for example we have the club I follow Mildenhall with there close links to Ispwich and noones unhappy about that what exactly is the actual reason he and others walked out of Kent?
