  1. It's ridiculous that you can go through a whole league campaign, finish a mile ahead of the other sides, but lose a play off final. The NL way is better. The best team over the season wins the league, not one that's come good in the final few weeks
  2. Stats can be dodgy. You can have a "good race" without a pass. Also, it's not clear if these are genuine passes, or when someone's had an EF, or passed a slower team mate. I've seen good meetings at most of the tracks I've been to, and thats every track in all three leagues except Belle Vue.
  3. He did the same at Rye last week. He was a quarter of a lap ahead and kept riding very wide trying to break the track record. Broke it twice in that meeting
  4. Just watched him finish 11th in the Touring Cars at Snetterton
  5. After last nights Rockets shocker against Edinburgh it's hopefully back to winning ways for the Raiders. Ben Morley is guest for the unavailable Rob Branford. Another warm sunny day. Hopefully the track is in a suitable condition.
  6. Pretty luck lustre from the Rockets. Shows what a top heavy team can achieve. Len Silver must take a very hard look at next years side if he doesn't want another year of countless home defeats. Can't imagine Warren Scott is too impressed with what's going on. Hard decisions needed during the winter on where they want this team to go.
  7. If he gets away with his usual jump starts he has a chance
  8. Agreed, but when you see who started it you can't be too surprised
  9. Wouldn't go anywhere near him on that average.
  10. If you watch him regularly you'd see he's just not right. Far to tentative and looks stiff on the bike at times. Not surprising with a metal rod in his back
  11. Didn't get that far. We were only there for an hour
  12. Been working on next years team while in the pub yesterday. I reckon we've nailed it. PL champs 2016
  13. Gonna be a close one this. Could go either way.
  14. Speedway needs results like this. Rye House thumping Exeter at the County Ground in 2005 is probably the biggest shock I've witnessed
  15. Apart from the LC meeting with Peterborough earlier in the season and the hundreds of laps he's done there since the age of 12, yes
  16. That's nothing. Back into bed at 2.30am on Friday morning after Sheffield, up at 5.15am for a 12 hour shift at work
  17. I ain't gonna sugar coat it mate, Lindgren & Kerr apart you were poor.
  18. A better team would've beaten us tonight. Not quite on it. Lambert was superb. What a talent. Better than Tai at the same stage.
  19. Gotta work within your budget to survive. Newport "bought" the KOC a while back and closed soon after.
  20. Sour grapes? We had a rider who didn't want to be there and caused all sorts of trouble last year. Did you see any of his "performances" for us last season? As for Bates, I'll judge him by his scores against the top teams and away from a throttle jockey track.
