  1. Having seen him at Ipswich and Peterborough recently I can assure you he's doing everything possibly to lower that average
  2. Alternatively offer huge wages... struggle to pay them... close down, maybe never to return. Newport bought the KOC, next season they were gone, probably forever. Berwick are never going to attract massive crowds. There just isn't the population or interest out there.
  3. All rests on IF Bewley was instructed to race for Belle Vue by the BSPA and when Edinburgh for told he'd have to. When it's known how much time Edinburgh had to find a replacement is the defining factor
  4. I remember him at Rye in his earlier days, shocking. Towards the end of his career he'd sussed it out though and was pretty handy there
  5. Wasn't a dig, it was a statement. Brent Werner, Chris Neath and Tommy Allen were all perceived the same, but won us the 2005 PL title
  6. Make your mind up. You seem confused So what's the point of the ridiculous kiddies races at Glasgow?
  7. Doubt Perry would have much of an impact against the three teams that will qualify for the final.
  8. Wasn't a criticism Some serious injuries occur in the WWE. Career threatening and even a death during one of the shows
  9. Pleased to say I witnessed it first hand. Still can't believe how much ground he made up
  10. Not missed one since 2008, apart from last years rerun final
  11. Yes, much improved. When were you last there?
  12. So basically you'll only go if you've got a real chance of winning. The true definition of a fair weather fan
  13. You can mention it. It's Rye House, going through a major renovation after years of neglect. It's no big secret. Thankfully the new promotion took the immediate step of improving the track, employing a very good track man and filling in that awful adverse camber. Meanwhile Berwick is still a one line gaters paradise. Great pies, crap track
  14. Anywhere facing away from the track
  15. That's my point. Kent should've hurried the meeting on from the start and not given Birmingham the chance to rig the result
  16. Len Silver didn't seem in too much of a hurry to get meetings going when he was Rye House promoter. Not surprised a team led by Drury resorted to underhand tactics to win a meeting .He was the same at Mildenhall.
  17. What he usually does, just gate and go. One of the biggest GT's in British speedway
