  1. Just changing the subject slightly. Rob Branford season is over due to a shoulder injury. http://www.ryehouserockets.co/news.php?extend.1452
  2. Who are these possible decent replacements because I cannot see any. Check for yourself: http://www.speedwaygb.co/files/downloads/nl17_issue_21.pdf
  3. Nothing yet on updates. The nearest I can get is from the Wolves match preview: WOLVES: Lindgren Howarth Schlein Thorssell Masters Perks Greaves RYE HOUSE: Harris Barker Wells Sedgmen Nicholls Robson Branford Danny Ayres replaces the injured Rob Branford. Other than that, and if these are the riding orders, I cannot see the logic of Rye House having two riders coming out in heat one who can't gate
  4. Rob Branford ruled out tonight through injury. Danny Ayres guests which appears strengthen the Rockets
  5. An even stronger case for moving this meeting is the fact that Max Clegg will be missing for Buxton as well.
  6. Rye House will have to hope he's in the right team when they visit Wolves this evening.then.
  7. Two reserved dates, 11th August and 16th September.
  8. I believe I am right in thinking Newcastle will have priority over Alfie in the event of a fixture clash. That being the case he will miss the home match v Buxton on the 14th July in addition to Zach who will be riding for Swindon at Belle Vue. Possible fixture change wonder?
  9. If that's the case good. I couldn't find any ruling so just used the example of Ricky Wells who came in to replace Davey Watt on his current MA for Edinburgh at that time.
  10. I assume it will be his Redcar average, 7.21 whilst Sedgmen will be on his outgoing average from Belle Vue, 5.48. Since the Premiership can now only re-declare at a maximum of 42 this team change doesn't appear to work as it comes out at 42.95. Ruling: Supplementary Regulation - SR1705 Classification of Speedway Regulation Art 18.7.3 Team Composition 18.7.3 For the SGB Premiership ONLY, it must not exceed 42.00 points in any declaration following the issue of established CMA for 2017, except where the MA of the introduced rider is equal to, or lower than the rider being replaced.
  11. When Poole were at Rye earlier this season, Kurtz scored 16. KIng managed 6 for Leicester.
  12. Indeed you have Brady Kurtz and appear to have won the battle of the guests. Rye have booked Danny King. http://www.ryehouserockets.co/news.php?extend.1432.1
  13. If the away team nominates 1 and 3 in heat one this will often happen as up to heat six the away side will have 1 and 3 for four of them. However, from heat seven, the home side have four successive inside gates and three of these resulted in 5 -1 to the Witches.
  14. Declaring a result by heat 10 is unsatisfactory anyway as the home rider #5 and the away #1 have had only two scheduled outings. It also denies the away TM being able to nominate his rider #1 for a tactical ride if needed and still available. Originally, declaration was heat 12 which was just about OK but it surely shouldn't be any earlier than heat 11.
  15. He's a three-point NL rider who rode for Rye House last season. He is no Kyle Bickley nor Tom Brennon but picked up a points for the Raiders including a few race wins along the way. A better prospect than Couzins and Laurence I believe.
  16. I wonder if Robbo could be the next following the sudden retirement of Josh Auty at Scunthorpe.
  17. It may not but it could maintain the current spectator base. After all, who would you rather watch, Mason or Hurry?
  18. He'll be much better once he's had his tea. Kennet(t).
  19. Read this from the Speedway Regs. 18.12.4 The Guest assumes the position and MA of the Missing rider.
  20. Now at Rye House 2pm. http://www.speedwaygb.co/news.php?extend.32231
  21. Zach already rides on Thursdays for Swindon.
  22. Slightly more in fact Liam. Signed on 6.54, averaging 7.25 so far.
  23. Jason Edwards wont be 15 until next October so we may not see him in Hammers' colours this season but being local, Billericay, there is no reason why he shouldn't line up in the future. Equally impressive is Nathan Ablitt, 13, but lives in Battle, Sussex so is probably Eastbourne bound. One observation, both riding 250cc recorded winning times faster than both the reserve's race and heat 8.
  24. Four. Both visits to Somerset, 19th May, 25th August, away to Belle Vue on June 16th and at Leicester 12th August.
