With the last rider to announced I’m quite optimistic that we are for another entertaining season. Top bottom or middle as long as we get value for money on the track it don’t really matter if we win or loose.

Why Garrity was better value around the ewr all season and now slick track Steve has gone maybe we might have some dirt back on the track

on the flip side of that he used to nearly get lapped in heat 1 then be out in heat 2 great confidence booster for a struggling rider. Also I have mentioned numerous times He was under no pressure to score as the team was strong enough to win with 6 men. The loss of Worrall early on didn't help but with being able to use the other 5 as rr or a quality guest again made little difference to what was expected of Danny. The loss of Stefan Nielsen was the big one as he was scoring well above his average when injury struck but this did leave the team needing points from reserve at the same time Gino had his crash whilst with the USA and that's were the problem became more acute as points were needed . Unfortunately they never came and in my opinion Scunny should of made a double swap for Nielsen and Phillips but hey ho its gone now so lets move on

in fairness when danny came to scunny this season after his injury not a lot was expected from him and initially he had a fairly bright start not scoring many but always being involved in the races .He had plenty of slide offs as a result of over trying, but as the season has progressed his form has dipped to a point were he isn't involved at all after the tapes go up. its not a criticism its a fact

I was at the meeting and wasn't concerned that the panthers had a parade or that the riders didn't come round after.they are a very accessible bunch and I had a long chat with jake allen and Rob Godfrey after in the pits and it was nice to bath in the warm glow of sticking it to Peterborough over two legs. on a side issue think Mpt has been very good for you this year but you have seen back end of the season what we saw for the majority of last year. awaiting the haters with baited breath
