  1. in fairness the way the panthers performed at scunny this weeks poster was probably spot on with the cuddly kitten on it just an opinion before you go off on one
  2. So a team depleted by injuries at the end of the year gets stuffed by a team who have been depleted by injuries at the beginning of the year strange sport is speedway . Was some good racing and think the difference was Manzares who scored 7 more than expected which gives a 14 point turn round.
  3. tero is a good choice and with the reserves massively out scoring scunny it could be closer than expected
  4. Think he’s referring to the amount of injuries
  5. Heres my take on the Danny Phillips situation. With the team built as it was there was no pressure on Dan to score early on in the season just find his way back and get up to speed with things again after the injury. In fairness early season he was mixing it never far off the pace and picking up points here and there. Then the season takes a turn Steve Worral gets injured and the pressure then goes up a notch for Dan to score still not a huge issue as the team using rr is still capable of winning especially at home. Then the biggest turning point is the loss of Stefan Nielsen who was scoring way above his average and is almost impossible to replace either using guests or rr this compounded with Manzares getting hurt riding for The USA and his subsequent drop in form. This in turn leads to the team needing dan to score points and the pressure mounts on him and unfortunately he isn't able to step up and he goes backwards not even been in the mix after the tapes go up. last point earlier in the season Dan passes Kyle Bickley by turn two when going off 15m late in the season kyle beats him by half a lap when both starting from the tapes one develops the other hasnt
  6. This coming weekend Young guns Luke Harrison, Freddie Fox Barron and Sam Mcgurk take part in the second round of the Dutch open Championship on Friday at Veenord with Sam Currently leading Luke by one point there's a great chance of a British one two and with Freddie a bit further back it could be an interesting meeting. Then on Saturday the all take part in the Golden helmet meeting more great experience for the up and coming riders
  7. see danny phillips started to score some points last night how about a return for him
  8. well a post at last that actually sees it for what it is everyone shoots the messenger, speedway was in a downward spiral before the current committee took charge.
  9. Think rob was right as Danny duck egg was crap again tonight didn’t get anywhere near an opponent after tapes went up , he is to scunny what jye etheridge is to Edinburgh

  12. Was a great trip for the boys with a team Gb top three on the day Luke Harrison won the final but Sam Mcgurk won the meeting on the points system. 1st Sam McGurk 2nd Luke Harrison 3rd Harry Mcgurk, Freddie Fox Barron who was competing for the first time abroad came a respectable 7th.
