I still think they pretended to have Cardiff on the calender to improve their chances of getting sponsors, they were always going to a do a double in Manchester. If they were struggling for a financially viable crowd at Cardiff, having a second GP in the country would only have a negative effect on attendence. I would be surprised if they don't do 2 gps manchester next year, the only way to make it pay for Discovery.

Why did they originally state they were looking to build a stadium for 5000 and now its 1500. Could it be due to insufficant carparking onsite. How big is the overflow parking? Fans should support the application but with large dose of skepticism. Clark Osborne is definately not to be trusted, he wants to build houses on the site of the Abbey Stadium. He may say he needs to build the houses to finance the new stadium, then he will find an excuse not to build the stadium.

Solid display from Scunny but heat 15 has been a real problem this year. Worrall 8 points and Allan 6 points from heat 15(home) this season, not really good enough from your 1 and 2. Douglas would have scored double that by himself.

MPT is coming back to haunt Godfrey. He was fustrating away from home but round the EWR he is quality, I said at start of the season he was better option than Allen.

MPT is a track specilist you watch him next week. Steve Worrall was a strange choice of rider by Godfrey because hes not really a racer, it seems we signed him because he lives local. I would swap him for Zach Cook who absoultely loves the EWR. Not sure whats up with Allen, why didn't he fancy heat 15 when hes been complaining he is getting enough rides doubling up.

The racing was good but it was only average by Scunny standards, we are truely blessed here.

I don't think it could happen unless you went down to 5 man teams there wouldn't be the riders available. Far more likely a team will be convinced to move up and run with a less than ideal 6 team league.
