This could be a big crowd for Scunny, first meeting of the year, sunday afternoon, nice weather, excellent line up. I hope everything is in place and checked, Starting gates, Tannoy(all speakers working?), catering(extra burger van?), car park(marshalls required). -

Grand Prix Ticket Sales
eric i replied to Beercellar1966's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Did he say they were on fri and Sat as planned or is the friday meeting being moved to the following Sat instead of Gorzow? -
Unfortunately I can't see speedway returning with that fence
-
Yes 200 spaces no where near enough, where does everyone park if it was a sell out? say on average 2 people per car, you would need 1500 car spaces.

Wolves Speedway potential new stadium???
eric i replied to Pauldoveyspeedway's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
I thought wolverhampton dogs were moving to the horse racing track, is this still happening? Persumabaly they kicked the speedway out so early so there would be less push back when they come to develop Monmore. -
I heard Jason Garrity might be riding at number 8 for the stealers.
-
Thats my concern, I won't believe it until they have built it
-
What happened to Policy LP36 of the Peterborough Local Plan,The development plans include a golf driving range, gym and small all weather football pitch. These facilities (if they ever get built) are in no way close in nature or size of the showground. Why is there no word from the BSPA?

SGB Championship - 2025 Predictions
eric i replied to StarBoy's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Poole to win again, William Cairns will average at least 4.....could be 5, 6, 7. wouldn't surprise me if they ditch Tobias Thomson early and bring in a 5 pointer. Plymouth will finish bottom. The rest of the teams are hard to split. -
Great signing, should put something on a 6 point average. What are the rules with Poles coming in on assessed averages? I thought it would be 7points.

Yes but when? Council might want houses ASAP but there is at least a few years left before construction will start. -

I think the long term plan is to develop the stadium for housing. If they could make it pay at Perry Barr with Cradley NL, Birmingham champ, Wolverhampton Prem for the next 5 to 10 years while they try to develop an out of town motorsport venue for all 3 teams.
