Looks like it could be next Saturday going by Pacos recent post on Instagram, he mentions racing, Scunthorpe Sunday, Poole Wednesday, Edinburgh Saturday.

The picture was him riding for Linlithgow Lightning in the Conference League (think that was what it was called) in 96 when they won the League, he ended up a pretty dominant number 1 in that league that year from what I can remember.
