  1. Let's hope that weather permits it to be run, especially with the final still to be run!
  2. A question... if it ends up by chance drawn on aggregate again, will there be a run-off... or more replays?
  3. Apologies, I hadn't posted them as I didn't think anyone was interested! Top 3 from each class as above are seeded to next year's Masters, the rest have to qualify.
  4. Looking forward to it, lets hope that King's Lynn can get through!

  6. Unfortunately not able to attend this meeting, but hope it's a good, safe meeting for everyone and Lynn do what nobody expects and win!
  7. An enjoyable meeting. Can't disagree that Dudley deserved the win; they rode well.
  8. Young Stars will go through... I choose to ignore the line that goes before it, and instead say I knew I always liked you, greyhoundp. (The internet version of selective hearing!)
  9. Impressive, weather actually looks decent! Looking forward to this one if I can stay awake long enough, so tired today!
  10. Indeed we will, and as I don't fully agree with what she says, I'll be continuing the debate in person
  11. You know we'll be continuing this debate on Wednesday... and even if a crash doesn't appear a bad one, it doesn't mean the rider hasn't hurt himself.
  12. I'd personally say if a rider touches a tapes or has an engine failure at the line (or retires at the back/in a way that doesn't cause an accident) a cheer is fine, but very different to a crash. I try to remember that I could be stood next to that rider's family/partner at the time, and how they would feel.
  13. Hard to speculate what Sky or Eurosport may do until we know what changes will be made over winter to the league system (if any)...
  14. He rode really well. We were gutted for him in the run-off.
  15. I used to go to Mildenhall pretty much weekly as a second track until a few years back; now the cheering fans is one of the reasons I rarely go, or if I do go, I effectively try to stand where there are as few people as possible to avoid any cheering (it's not that I'm anti-social, it's just that I struggle not to react if I hear cheering, and I don't want to get into arguments). Sad to say since then I've heard it at other tracks. (I'm not saying its just Mildenhall - just in my personal experience, I'd had it worse there. Obviously I can't speak for recent years.) I know people say 'it's a reaction to how it will affect the team' etc, but my first reaction is always shock/concern at the crash.
  16. Sadly will miss this as already had an appointment arranged this evening prior to the fixture change to accommodate the duplicate Lakeside fixture. Never mind, hope it's a good meeting for all and see Young Stars fans at the next meeting!
  17. Indeed Baggy, brilliant result. Saw the posts on facebook saying they'd won and I'd forgotten they were racing - nice surprise!
  18. Looking forward to this one as in the area for the weekend, hope the weather holds out.
  19. Results on BSPA: NATIONAL LEAGUE Isle of Wight 37 (Darryl Ritchings 8+2) Dudley 52 (Paul Starke 16+1) National League points: Isle of Wight 0 Dudley 4
  20. looking forward to the weekend!!

  21. He only turned 15 this year. Who's to say he needs to go elite league straight away? I personally think some solid experience in the premier league first would benefit him in the long run, though that's just my opinion.
  22. Do you mean Robert wants to go EL next year with Lynn himself, or you think he should? Personally, I hope he doesn't.
