I am sure Bunyan is a fine upstanding member of the community but I really hope we aren't signing him. A bargain average, clearly no other team in the PL think so.
-
Oh and Remy Cabella blocked me a couple of Sundays ago. In what way shape or form has Ward paid his dues, he hasn't served a ban yet and hasn't even been found guilty, he`s only been suspended. I agree we all want to see Ward back racing, he is box office, but he also isn't above the rules.
-
Never mind failing alcohol tests in Latvian pits I`ve just found out Mr Ward has blocked me on Twitter, joining Kay Burley and Nile Ranger in so doing.
-
I hope his enough is enough comment comes from the length of time it has taken for this case to get to this stage.

Oh no it cant be can it.

What The Visa Issues Could Mean For Teams.
screm replied to doners1234's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Didn't Ellis ride for Lakeside last year, that didn't stop him riding in the PL for Ipswich, from reading his column in last weeks Speedway Star its pretty clear Ellis thought he would be going back to Ipswich, sadly for him that didn't happen and by the time he found out most teams were all but full. Hopefully he will get a PL place either by team changes due to the bother certain riders are having with visa`s or when the PL gets going a teams find their riders aren't quite as good as they thought they were. -

If your going to play that game then what about what Batchelor did to Smith when riding in Australia a couple or three year ago, let your anger go and admit Smith is a character and an entertainer, something sadly lacking in speedway these days. -
Its a good move by Cook to get a contract to race abroad, not so sure how much racing he will get in the Extraleague with Gorzow, might've been wiser to go for one of the lower leagues where the standard is still higher than either of the top two leagues over here.

Silly. Sillier. -
That's a helluva statement, IMO its not Poole`s fault, should Ward be found then he has no one else than himself to blame.
-
Yes, but his punishment, should he get one will be handed out by FIM and/or WADA.
-
Add in NKI and Zagar already in the Gorzow squad and he faces stiff competition for one of the three spaces in the team.
-
I take your point but SGP is an individual event, SWC is more relevant. Your right about Danno, though when he was banned there was no WADA.
-
Best of luck to Cook with Stal Gorzow, he will be doing well to get a regular team place looking at the foreign riders they have already.
-
How can it be left to the Motorcycle Australia, Ward wasn't representing his Country in SGP, also the meeting of the failed alcohol test didn't take place in Australia. Any ban would surely have to be total and Worldwide.
-
Ward has missed racing since the GP in Latvia, though technically he has been suspended and not banned, maybe the FIM will take that into account. Something tells me Ward will be back sooner rather than later though.

What forum rules have I broken, I`ve been a member of this forum for a while now, so far with out any warnings, or posts being taken down by mods.

Particularly for the likes of Smith who has been prevented from racing over here more than once now. -
Judging by your others posts I`m amazed you found a capital.

Evidence......no thought not. IMO anyone paying a transfer fee needs looking at, the asset system is largely not fit for purpose anymore. I would get rid of it altogether and let the riders be self employed, which they virtually are anyway. Delighted that Summers has got his move to Glasgow, he has proved himself a very capable scorer in the PL.
