Complaining of no sleep and contestant travelling etc. Uk needs riders so establish yourself here first then look to Europe when you’re good enough. Young Aussies these days want to try Denmark and Poland first nowadays but it’s a tough gig compared to GB IMO. Bowes needs a rethink if you go by his Posts on social media. plus some media training. SteveLyric2 Posted yesterday at 05:58 PM Report Share Posted yesterday at 05:58 PM Bowes is almost 24 y.o. and has ridden in Europe since 2021. Surely his father Shane would have coached him in the potential pitfalls of speedway in various countries?!

At his level, not going to make it in Poland, should not be “ burning bridges” in GB.IMO
Marksman Posted yesterday at 07:10 PM Report Share Posted yesterday at 07:10 PM JD said at the presentation night Fraser had missed some weekend Comets meetings to ride in Poland and wasn’t getting paid. The whole situation all seems very strange, James said in a trackside interview at the start of the season Fraser was a very different character to the rest of the Aussies in the team. Did wonder what was meant by that at the time.

Glen
‘Sensitive’ comes to mind and it’s been shown unfortunately that he might be in the wrong job. I’m surprised the Aussie collective hasn’t given him the low down on Poland and its disgraceful use of riders. The rewards can be enormous but it’s clearly not worth making yourself ill to chase a dream.
