He got injured when Tungate forced him in the fence away at Oxford and still continued with the meeting, participated in both Manchester GPās and lined up for Lynn on Monday against Ipswich. Lawson could be replaced by an 8.00 rider and still come under the 40-point limit without a second change being required. Im not saying itās even remotely realistic, but if Rob has any play-off ambitions then we need an out-and-out No. 1 to try and mitigate what happened on Thursday and last night.
