If he wants to come back Jason & Emil as the spearhead meaning being weaker lower down. If he doesn’t want to return then he could possibly be the only change. But it would be very hard to avoid having a weaker team (of the rules stay the same). Rew for one of the top 2 would still leave a very strong looking team imo.
