Doyley came across from gate 3 and made contact with Fricke off 1, it looked like Fricke may have caught a groove going into turn 1 that may have sent him slightly wider than he wanted to go, the contact sent Doyle into the fence and then drew Fricke even wider. Ohh the horses are calm, that is based on fact not hearsay! So when they announce the race times over the tannoy that’s to be considered hearsay? Relaying the official word at the stadium to fans back home is perfectly acceptable and should be encouraged. Reposting the opinion of Karen from Skegness is not. Fingers crossed for Jason one the true ambassadors of the sport and a supporter of UK speedway. Top bloke as well.

Top bloke as well. do you honestly believe that they could make a medical decision and announce it before Jason had even left the track/stadium??....I would bet my last bottom that no medical person would of relayed that or indeed one of Jason's "camp" would of. As for comparing it to race times, you have let yourself down trying to use that as a comparison.

Odds On
Just read a official press release by the Ipswich Witches, Jason had dislocated his hip(put back in yesterday) and sustained a cut to his face, hoping to leave hospital tomorrow.

Yeah the cut was from his peak on his helmet I think. If this is true then that's good news, although a dislocation is painful!!

You can only take the official line at face value and I think any fan relaying that information should not be berated but encouraged. Fans quoting what officials have to say from trackside to those of us not there should not be labelled as attention seekers imo.

There's a world of difference between heat times and a diagnosis of a injured rider...and it has transpired were pure and utter fabrication.

Too scared to upset any of his buddies it would appear. The rest of them aren't great either, though. Chris Louis is superb as a co-commentator to fill the gaps, but Kelvin probably isn't a natural lead commentator (albeit not forgetting the sad circumstances as to why he's there). The whole thing needs a new lease of life I think. The fanzone yesterday was exactly the same as it was when we went to a GP years ago. Do people really want to watch trials bikes and meet a giant mascot? Surely there has to be something more engaging? Same applies for the coverage.
