crescent girl Posted yesterday at 12:21 PM Report Share Posted yesterday at 12:21 PM (edited) Following last week's visit from 4-guest Edinburgh, tonight bring Redcar with three guests. Hopefully in the next meeting (first Championship match, against Poole) we'll see a visiting team consisting of seven of their own riders. Hardly Redcar's fault that our 2 reserves got wiped out last night.

Hagon is desperately in need of a good meeting. I think Woods is showing signs of improving. Smith will tend to have one good ride per meeting. Unfortunately last night was not one of them. Glasgow is another meeting where these boys can shine. Smith an ex Tiger, Hagon rates as one of his favourite tracks and with Glasgow tracking three pretty unexperienced in Boughen, Perry and Hodder. It could be and should be a productive meeting for the Berwick lads.

I’m sure the injured riders and the respective teams share your sympathy. Or maybe not.
Yearbyred
Berwick website said there was a stream available and took my £11.99 earlier today. Logged on - stream will start soon message appears. Two minutes before meeting due to start the stream is cancelled. Not on (in any sense). LisaColette
Hagon should really be moved away from no3 position imo.
Kerryxo
Can anyone provide an update? Proboards are wrong. Noticed a couple of people highlighting this, then their comments were deleted!

They posted on Facebook that there was a technical issue preventing the broadcast and that any purchasers will be contacted about refunds etc

I appreciate the fact some things are out of their control but need better communication. The fact it was saying “stream starts soon” right up until 5 mins to 7 was the frustrating thing. Doesnt sound like I’ve missed much to be fair.
lukeellis
As I said earlier, how can king score double figures for Ipswich, then score so poorly for us??
Youhave2minutes
Hagon going from bad to worse. Perhaps he would be best in the third tier league.

Obviously they are trying to sort out the problem until the last minute.Certainly responded by E mail quick enough when it was realised it couldn’t be fixed(whatever reason)

Look at where he is riding in the Ipswich team though? Only expected to grab 3rd places most races. Way more pressure riding at 5, especially if reserves struggle. Think his scores will pick up when Erik returns to number 5. Good score from Leon I must say.
