Just like the air fence manufacturers remember Vinnie Foord. I heard a rumour they even offered to cover his wages if he signed for Poole again.

Poole have launched a new weekly draw to help fund a new air fence for 2026. Meanwhile the NSS has taken out extra insurance as Vinnie is now in the British Final on Monday. Maybe Lawson and Kerr were merely being cautious...?

Absolutely NO pressure is being put on young Will Cairns whatsoever. Its just a case of get on the bike and ride. The lad is 16 or will be, he has years of developing to do . So anybody who thinks that is completely barking up the wrong tree.

Can't agree the Poole masterplan for 2025 success was build an average side with only 1 or 2 likely "improvers" & then wait for the debut of the wonderkid to transform your results. So no pressure there then!

But that wasn't the "masterplan". So far they have 5 riders who've upped their starting averages. ONE poor match doesn't mean they've become a bad team overnight.

Given most fans had Poole in their top 4 predictions,  wouldn't call it an "average" side.

Vinnie certainly didn’t disgrace himself last night.

No he didn't.  Unfortunate first heat when his clutch plates welded together, after that he was never far behind . Only really made one good start and lead for a while. Forget how relatively inexperienced he actually is at only 18.
