Why do people assume he's not well? Surely he's losing money by not riding in what is now a very short season, I'd imagine as a rider you would want to maximise earnings.

Must be earning his coin by some other means.

First of all I would like to wish Danyon a speedy and full recovery. What was a very stop start match ( not meaning Danyons crash) Berwick after gaining a ten point average managed to lose it, like previous seasons if it hadn't been for Jack in heat 12 (and who'd thought he'd win that) wouldn't have been a win, something surely has to be done to try and get a new number one, hopefully the management are looking at that.

Redcar also looking for replacement for Edwards and Riss

Hopefully danyon is better than it sounds

But gonna be hard to find good replacement for any team

Now if workington goes under then there's a few options no one of cookie or riss potential

But better than r/r maybe the

Hopefully Danyon OK but didn't look good

Now Berwick look set to be without two riders going forward as let's be frank  can you see Cook being back ?

Did he call off at lunchtime again as before?

First of all best of luck to Danyon in his recovery from what was a nasty fall.

Might of got the meeting finished last night if the track wasn’t an utter disgrace for the first 6 heats. Got a bit better after that. The huge holes into bend 3 were ridiculous and dangerous and seem to be getting worse each time we’re there. Bend 1 is a touch better at least.
Poor first bend from Victor in heat 11 when on a 5-1 letting PK the world to go up the inside then a poor call from the ref when we were away on a 4-2 in heat 12. Anyway as some of the boys said thankfully that’s us done there for another year.

Is this a one off as it seems clear the track needs work done to it. you cannot says its just home advantage when riders seem to fear going there and are pleased they do not have to go back. Do referees report track conditions back to the scb and if so is anything done about it.

Yes, when Poole had a massive crater a few seasons back and had to delay a meeting by over an hour to sort it out, the SCB sent Terry (i think it was him!) to sort it out. I think Birmingham also had it at a similar time as well.

Very heavy rain less than 2 hours before start did no favours

Didn't seem to phase Grahn on his first visit

Think most would if you seen the state of bend 3 😂

Here we call that the Stewart Dickson School of Track Prep.

Only a select few know how to do it.

As Simon Lambert said on BSN it's a man's track 😉
