Well....

Mickey Mouse definitely has a certain synergy...:D

Yep. It also says it all when the usual streaming services cannot be bothered. Sad really that the sport if you can call it that has reached its nadir. I guess the NDL teams and riders are the future because these riders want to race on any day that earns them a buck and they are in it for the sport and willing to give it the all and who would not want to support that sort of commitment. Speedway U K needs to take an inward look at what it has and come up with a formula that will attract punters. What it has now is dire.

Great ride from Tungate to keep Holder behind...

Charles Wright having a vape in the pits...:D

Is that allowed in a stadium?

All over now with the Spires riders afraid to ride up by the fence. Surprised at Wright not doing it though,, I thought that was mainly his thing

Wright has maybe had one injury too many isn’t the rider he was … happens to everyone eventually ….. second string level now not a third heat leader

all manner of things but if he's been admitted to hospital as the preview says then it might well be more worrying than us just assuming he is ducking the meeting

I play football with a guy who in his late 30s was complaining his heart rate in the recent heat was too high in the middle of a match it was about 160 - i said to him that 220bpm less 10 per decade over 20 is the max rate - so a man in his late 30s should be capable (if they are fit) of about 190

Must have been doing all of them lines!

Your mate that is, running up and down them on the football pitch.

Which Cook? 😂

And what could cause a high heart rate 🤔

Even a panic attack can cause a high heart rate. I remember Peter  Karlsson who rode for the Comets at the time having tachycardia at one meeting. It was eventually put down to him having drunk 6 tins of Red Bull 🤣

You cannot have both Oxford and Birmingham being rubbish in a seven team league...

Especially when four qualify for the play offs...

Hopefully, six teams next year, with five riders each...

No rider below 4.5 average...

Each team competitive...

Do that, and the play off qualifiers will have some jeopardy and the results have some consequence...

Which could increase the "qualifiers" crowds...?
