Nothing to do with the riders but track was just gate, rung to the dirt, fly into the distance. Even the Sheffield riders didn’t think much of the track, which is hardly encouraging. Yeah I did notice both Holders being honest and not exactly 'enjoying' it shall we say! Even Leon admitted just get to the dirt and its easy,
TTT
Unwatchable last night, Abysmal race track nowdays which is a shame considering Sheffield used to be a great track.

Just caught up with this and considering Rowe's withdrawal was their main talking point during the first half of the meeting nobody at TNT thought (could be arsed) to show a replay of the incident from turn 1 of heat 1, I had to rewind myself to see what had happened, even Abbi when interviewing Stead didn't follow up on him saying Rowe had sustained an injury... it's absolutely bare minimum broadcasting and all for £30.99 a month! Brilliant stuff from Leon Flint though 👏 Edited July 15 by IainB
Cue Ball
I can’t disagree that the second half was fairly dismal last night - but don’t think the capitulation of Oxford helped matters or showcased Sheffield at its best. How have TNT managed to air the worst matches of the season on a consistent basis this season??!!
InTheDeepStuff
Dodged a bullet by missing another one at Owlerton and watching the abysmal TNT broadcast instead. The track prep over the last couple of years from Trollope has got worse each week, does he actually listen to what the club/riders ask or go on his own merry way? Big applause though for Flint, takes some doing for a Rising Star to go through the card with a 5 ride paid maximum
