Mgas
Going to be fallowing this on proboards. Big ask for Berwick tonight but hopefully they can stay in touch for tomorrow’s return match. I’m very much looking forward to being trackside. Where hopefully the bandits can keep the home record going and possibly even a bonus point. If nothing else it’s always a pleasure to watch Harris and very interesting to see Cairns at Shielfield. Kemp is always fantastic to watch and it’s going to be really interesting to see how Jeppeson goes. All in all lots to look forward too. Bandit59
Wonder what Batch will turn up tonight if we can keep it close and get the bonus point tomorrow that'll do nicely.

Booking Batchelor as guest will either win or lose the match for Berwick. My money`s on losing.
Robinh88
Didnt go up today but from looking at the results it looks a very credible performance from Berwick paticularly Drew and Jonas. The former seems to ride Ashfield rather well. For Glasgow! A win is a win i suppose. Thankfully Nagel has ridden better week on week. Will Dan Thompson be a miss tomorrow? Anyway well done Berwick, they should return the favour tomorrow imo.

MD
Another decent meeting at Ashfield though ht15 wasn't in the script. Jeppesen is an incredible signing for Berwick and if Morris can quickly find his feet gives them a much stronger top four. Tomorrow night at Berwick is a lottery, could go any way! Sam Hagon also well out of form. Harris and Howarth will have a field day and Leon Flint will score well. Glasgow win by 6 points at least.

Gazc
Enjoyable night of racing best I have seen Berwick in a few seasons at Glasgow. Jeppesen looks a very good acquisition for Berwick with Kemp also impressive. Nagel having his best meeting for us was like watching Ben Basso in full flow. unfortunately with both teams unable to field there own 1-7 it makes it a big ask for us tomorrow. Flint isn’ t there r/r for Thompson Villads also missing, can see a home win if Jonus If takes too Shielfield. He was brilliant at Ashfield tonight as was Drew. Batch was Ok after Ht1 EF.Kindermand was disappointing considering he won his 1st race.Howarth beat him of 15mtrs in Heat 13 !! Hagon wasn’t at the races. Normski
Great but unexpected result for us Bandits on a well prepared track. Jeppesen after his first 2 rides was superb, ably backed up by Kemp. Batchelor and Kildemand were steady, and Smith at reserve done his job. Hagon and Wood both had nights to forget. Berwick will be hoping to secure the bonus point on Saturday against, no disrespect a weakened Glasgow team. They didnt in the PT match at Shielfield. Berwick will be bang up for it tomorrow imo. Certainly some sunlight for Berwick going into the last month or even two. He rode well tonight IMO.Kildemand was the let down for me.Couldn’t gate too save himself after his 1st race win.Berwick win might have been on the cards if he had. track looked slicker than normal for Ashfield, some decent racing as usual. Monarchs2468
Both the No.2's tonight were superb. Track was good too with lines for passing inside and out. I just wish Heat 13 had an extra lap as Howarth was looking so determined for that 2nd place.

Some decent racing but below par for Ashfield IMHO.
