It has been rumoured that his Danish club (Brovst I think) are going into the top league which would mean Wednesday league fixtures, rather than the ad hoc weekend fixtures in their lower leagues. As for UK, Plymouth was rumoured but there maybe a hiccup with a sponsor who supports both Plymouth and Poole!?

Where did that comment originate from. Depends how you view it. Could indeed be Batchelor who has ridden for Poole. Or viewed differently Bowes could be returning to UK for a second season and staying with Middlo. Its one of those thought provoking comments that can be looked upon depending upon how you interpret it 🙂 Final thought. Find it incredible that the British Speedway site has not made a single mention of the SPA AGM that is supposed to be taking place today, in which we await what will be the rules for 2026 despite many of us near enough knowing at least for the Champ. Why 'incredible'? It's not as if anyone other than the BSPL members are attending! If it is taking place today then I'm sure an official statement will be made this evening or tomorrow! Well lets just say that the POL sites such as Speedway PL & Sportsfakty seem willing to mention it in various posts when referring to British Clubs/Riders and interviews but in UK on our main British Speedway site doesn't even think its worth a mention. Considering the decisions these guys make affect what the rules will be the following season would it really be an issue to keep us the fans at least informed of the meeting taking place.. Especially when the site has days of no news. Even a short statement saying the meeting is taking place on XYZ and that they would keep fans updated on what comes out of the meeting on xyz date.

The AGM is usually in the 2nd week of November (Not sure if thats written into the BSP Limited's Company Rules & Regs). It was originally scheduled as one day - for 12th (today) - and the only alternative suggested dates have appeared on this forum, so your guess is as good as anyone's. PS. I wasn't at the end of season party on Friday and despite a lot of feedback from that event by my family members, there was no mention of the AGM - possibly because many fans simply aren't that interested in the date, only the decisions!!? daz9100
It was mentioned in the Speedway Star that the AGM would be on the 12th and I've not seen anything to the contrary

Dead right its very poor indeed and shows them in a very poor light for a governing body.

Maybe the top league clubs want everybody else to move up to one league and all be at premiership level rather than championship level and ride on their own night could it work ? Well, may as well get all the top riders over here for one season until the new Polish rules in 2027 stop a lot coming over.
