plus JD's probably got 3-4 years left at the near top so his need to maximise his remaining income opportunities is more pressing than Tom who has got a couple of decades of racing left in him yet.

Lots different things going on. My understanding was the team is signed an announcement is due tomorrow & the owners are who we all think they are.

New Era, New Club Captain -> Tom Brennan

Stayed loyal to Ipswich during this incredibly frustrating winter, Got a good head on his shoulders who's well spoken. Tom could easily be a Witches rider for a good few years imo.

That's what I would do anyway.
