After a year?? Are you new to King's Lynn Speedway 🤣

We've probably only had a "real" No1 once in the last decade.

Musielak headed up the team on 8.69 in 2024.

In 2025 they went for a strength in depth bunch of 6 pointers

I reckon a big hitter with weak reserves might be the plan for 2026

Can see Kvech, Harris, Klindt and Cook returning.

Lambert and Rushen would be great, maybe Jody if Rushen doesnt want Prem yet.

Then somebody fresh and exciting from the SGP2 stable at 6.

If no Lambert as is likely then probably a solid team again, however the departure of Lawson suggests something might be in the pipeline at number one.

Has Richard Lawson departed? Have I missed something here? Without doubt the best rider the Stars have had this year, would be a shame to see him go if that's true.

A few weeks ago he posted on his Facebook page that he was looking for a Premiership team spot for 2026.

Assuming that means that Lynn have told him that he isn't part of their plans then I think that must mean they are targeting a genuine number one as I can't think of any other reason why he wouldn't be coming back as he was excellent last season. I suspect he is a victim of the numbers game.

More like riding for Poole in the top flight

Since when has Musielak been a 'real' No1??

In any decent side he's only ever been 2nd or 3rd heatleader at best.

When was the last time & how often have King's Lynn had a Holder, Kurtz, Bewley, Doyle, Sayfutdinov type 'REAL' No1??

Taking Laguta's spot. Before that it was 2018/2019, again being Lambert.

Previously to that it was Iversen.

The issue with King's Lynn is always financial.

Strength in depth on the cheap & when we've gone with 'real' No1s the rest of the team is bargain bin finds.

The JC years are the only time the club has been genuinely competitive.

Next season, King's Lynn need a genuine No1 & to hold on to Kvech & Cook as a top 3.

Bubba Bedner was rumoured to be UK bound for 2026. KL would be an ideal track for him. What average would he come in on if he still wants a UK spot?

4.50 I believe if the regulation stays as per 2025

Doubt it, Numbers game on a 36.00 Limit will cause a lot of problems.

I'm not sure on Bednar (5.00 Average?) but I'm certain of the other five tbh.

1. J. Kvech 6.91 (No brainer if Jan wants to return)

2. ?

3. C. Harris 6.53 (Mr. Entertainment)

4. N. Klindt 6.46 (Testimonial Year @ King's Lynn)

5. N-K. Iversen 6.71 (Always in a Buster Chapman 1-7)

6. ?

7. C. Rushen (RS)

Only leaves 9.39 so Lawson (6.82 after 2.5% British Reduction) would've had to make way as the minimum GSA for a Premiership place is 3.00
