Well Kemp signed for Daugavpils in September/October, so they would have known then if he was signing or not, you never know, he could still be to sign. Would leave us very top heavy but could work?

Given the 2 good seasons and how great he though Berwick was for him ,you would think he would say whether he was staying or leaving as a courtesy.

If Drew did sign and if i was a betting man i don't think he will would leave 9.86 for 3 riders so would be back to square 1 a good top 4 and weak bottom end

If kemp did stay they could slot in Gusts on 5.49 leaving 4.37 left for reserves, that would be a mighty strong top 5,Max Perry in the no6 spot at 2.29 then a 2.00 rider wouldn’t be a bad side at all.

Was there not some kind of fall out between Drew and Stewart Dickson in the premiership play off final last year when the manager said the rider stopped trying and just packed in when he was fourth or am I just imagining that. Think some things were said at the time and that might have affected any chance of him riding for Stewart again. If he did sign, Simon Lambert, Max Perry and Dale Wood could fill other 3 places - or Gusts, Max Perry and a 2 pointer like Cooper Rushen (maybe)

Think it will be Perry and Lambert at reserve

Sign them 2 that leaves 10.97 for final 2 riders

I think if Drew wasn’t staying they would announce it, and the time to do it would have been when they announced Palovaara, seems strange.

Didn’t they announce Palovaara as completing their heat leader trio which confirms no Drew?

“ BERWICK have added Swedish star Victor Palovaara to their heat-leader department for the 2026 season.”

That quote doesn’t suggest that?

Although from what I’ve heard Kemp has possibly backtracked and Palovaara is presumably the replacement.

Don’t think Francis Gusts (5.49) or Cameron Heeps (4.93) will fit at Oxford if they sign Killeen and McDiarmid as expected.

Could they be the final two?

Wouldn't have Heeps
