If clubs wanted to sign Jeppesen, should've done it before his average changed in May. Surprised no clubs went for him tbh.

Pretty sure he was under consideration at Lynn couldn't be fitted in.

Also on the point of Rising Stars beating other riders, if we are going to criticise Castagna then just taking the meetings involving Lynn we also need to point the finger at Kvech, Cook, Thomsen, Pickering and Ethridge too. RS's are going to beat people, especially Jason Edwards.

Confirmed on the Witches website that Lawson didn’t pack his Kevlars or boots when moving his kit from his conked-out van to Fraser Bowes’ van. Ipswich rang round and found someone who had bought an old pair of Heeps’ Kevlars and was happy for Lawson to use them.  It doesn’t say whether they needed to put a couple of tucks in them round the middle 😉

That maybe the case, but his average would 100% be his current Championship average converted. That’s his current and up to date average from this season. An average from last year whether that’s an official Premiership average or not, would not be used.

Despite the result and an awful diversion on the A12 to the M25, enjoyed my first meeting of 2026. Surely Max Fricke will improve and what I saw of the reserves has already repaid my pre-season faith in their ability to get better - I am certain that we will remember Cooper's first steps in the league when he becomes a massive star.

Cook & Bomber were solid if unable to make the gates - apart from the mysterious 'red light' race, but as stated elsewhere Paco & Kvech were passengers. Probably too early for a knee jerk change, and I still believe this team will get better. On to Northampton!

Unless you like taking boats across the channel or live in London and live under the regime of Sadiq Khan then you are laughing all the way to the bank of the British tax payer to fund your new life style. I cannot recall the current incumbents manifesto highlighting the idea of pissing tax payers money up the wall to sell the Chagos Islands, increase the benefits bill to those who voluntarily don’t wish to earn a crust or agree to scrapping the two child benefit or agreeing that tax payers money is used in the funding of the police who have to control protest marches in support of terrorist organisations or permitting Jews to be persecuted by a minority of Labour supporters because those in charge cannot separate right from wrong. This Witches team is certainly performing above my expectations! One defeat at Belle Vue which we knew would happen is pretty impressive.

Could be dark horses & I’m still expecting Bangs & Nicholls to get better
