Other than Leicester then and obviously Ipswich, the others have at least two riders who don’t race in the championship and therefore only at an higher level. If Lawson races against these two riders in separate races , that’s half his programmed rides for the meeting against higher than championship opposition. That’s all I’m trying to say . Big fish in a small pond in the championship.

The other 5 teams in the premiership have around 3 riders who don’t double up and more than hold their own over in Poland. That’s what I mean. The championship on the other hand , different story

Michael Lee had the class on the track to help in forgiving any misdemeanours. Lawson obviously can’t be ars*d in better company. As Poole fans are quick to say , he’s not a problem for them . But then he wouldn’t be with the mediocrity he races against in that competition.

A golden opportunity was wasted by not using Tai to appeal to potential future supporters, the younger generation. They can relate to him definitely. I took my daughters to Belle Vue to see Great Britain in the World Cup a few years ago and he immediately grabbed their attention . They’d never been before but he stood out a mile to them. They still ask about him now. I think he could have inspired younger newcomers to the sport. Whatever he does, he’ll succeed. Definitely.

Don’t know if I’m seeing it wrong but dosent every team enjoy home track advantage for half of their fixtures. The fact that the other teams cave in at the NSS is the main point to all this. Beaten even before they turn up. It’s not good.

Another waste of time on a Monday night in Manchester. These so called professional teams turn up and treat the paying customers to a procession of crap , race after race . To all these on here who criticise Belle Vue , have a look at your own jokers. Okay on their own comfortable surroundings, dog sh*t otherwise.
