R.E.D. BANDITS: Peter Kildemand, Jye Etheridge, Victor Palovaara, Lasse Fredriksen, Nick Morris, Jack Smith, Dayle Wood (guest).

 

Happy (but surprised) that Dan is at Armadale rather than Landshut this Friday. And happy that Paco will be there as well after his trip over the fence last week. There were encouraging signs from both reserves guesting at Workington on Sunday, so hopefully they can shut up the moaners unbelievably calling for changes after only a couple of meetings.

Bandits will provide stiff opposition and they have Dayle Wood guesting for the injured Reid Battye. This may help them as, although Reid has started off in sensational form, he may have found difficulty in adapting to the tight environs of Armadale - and Dayle has been showing some pretty sensational form too.

Heat leader trio more than a match for ours. Lasse and Grahn pretty even match and Wood should clear up at reserve.

Both injuries, Battye and Kildermand have been caused by other riders. When your lucks out your lucks out

Not sure what the ref is thinking but that was Dan T exclusion everyday of the week anywhere in the world except Armadale.

Monarchs TV was used in heat 1 last year to get Nick Morris excluded instead of Victor.

Wonder why it wasn't used tonight as I agree it was a shocking decision.

 

Wonder if Drew Kemp is free tomorrow night if it's confirmed that Peter is missing (possibly racing in Poland)

Berwick have confirmed PK has a collarbone injury and the guest for tomorrow will be announced tomorrow morning.

The amount of greetin from Berwick fans about the tape exclusion from last year is mental. I had a heated exchange with someone on the night who claimed to know for certain from the 4th bend that VP had touched the tapes and not NM. Loons the lot of you.

The referee excluded Victor so not just the Berwick fans thought he hit the tapes. Edinburgh showed an ultra slow-mo video to get Nick excluded (ref changed his mind).

All I am saying is the ref should have had access to the video from tonight as you didn't need ultra slow-mo to see Peter was wiped out.

Referee Mr S Wonder this evening. The only one that saw PK at fault . Apart from that Berwick convincing beaten . Dayle wood rode really well tonight . Guess the gating gloves are for home only

Dan Thompson is missing for Monarchs tomorrow.

Well that was unexpected. A very convincing home win. 
 

I’m actually going to go the opposite to most. If you see a replay of it Dan doesn’t actually move off his line coming out the corner. PK tries to cut back down to the inside and pulls a bit of a left turn and a locker which completes kills any of his speed, he was still basically sideways going onto the straight. If he didn’t make that manoeuvre that wouldn’t have happened. 
 

Speedy recovery and hope he’s back soon.
