  1. Bewley won in Wroclaw (think in 2022 after winning Cardiff) with 8 points. Think its been done 2 or 3 times (Bartosz won the Torun GP and world title with 8 points in 2023 or 2024).
  2. Good to be called a loon. Very kind of you. The referee excluded Victor so not just the Berwick fans thought he hit the tapes. Edinburgh showed an ultra slow-mo video to get Nick excluded (ref changed his mind). All I am saying is the ref should have had access to the video from tonight as you didn't need ultra slow-mo to see Peter was wiped out.
  3. Monarchs TV was used in heat 1 last year to get Nick Morris excluded instead of Victor. Wonder why it wasn't used tonight as I agree it was a shocking decision. Wonder if Drew Kemp is free tomorrow night if it's confirmed that Peter is missing (possibly racing in Poland)
  4. I'm not to fussed about reduced facility etc as long as the rules are applied equally across all teams. Did Plymouth receive a reduced facility last year when one of their riders was racing in Poland the following day from a meeting in the UK? Did Poole receive a reduced facility (possibly 3 years ago) for a rider named in their team when he hadn't raced for them? I had a feeling it was tomorrow but what Mr Blobby says is on the Edinburgh website so the meeting must be Sunday? Hope he does well in Poland if he gets a few races (need Brits getting continental experience).
  5. Sure Glasgow had a foam fence last year. FIM don't recognise foam fences just now so Glasgow had to go back to an air fence this year to keep their FIM status.
  6. Ellis Perks won all 3 leagues in the same season (2019)
  7. Are you sure? Adam is obviously not only declared in a British development league team and he is not replacing the home teams #1. Does it work because of the Play Offs?
  8. BSN should be completed by the end of June (early season competition). KOC should be completed by the end of August (top league KOC completed in July) If that was to be followed there would be loads of time to complete other fixtures.
  9. Berwick would have raced against Workington on June 28th. Unfortunately Workington were suspended on June 27th (the day before the meeting).
  10. Don't bother with Steve. He told me years ago that there are 5 Sundays in a 28 day period when I questioned why Newcastle had a facility when Berwick were at Newcastle.
  11. Thanks. Was getting the U21's and sprint race muddled up. Thanks. Confused myself with the sprint race and U21's.
  12. Is there not a sprint race in Torun? This slightly adds interest to a round. I must have got mixed up because if there was then Robert could get 24 points from the round.
  13. Possibly the case. It's the same with Leicester dropping Drew Kemp for Cookie. Leicester team only fitted into the averages at the start of the season with Drew's 25% reduction from last season (from being a fast track rider). He was then replaced on his full average (which the Leicester team would be illegal at the start of the season). This therefore isn't helping fast track riders.
  14. Not really Leicester's fault the meeting at Kings Lynn was cancelled various times. They also had to re-arrange other meetings to help with fixtures. Sheffield have also got the last home meeting so it looks like a compromise to me (Sheffield had the chance at Kings Lynn to confirm top spot). Sure Ipswich would have preferred Sheffield as it would have given Emil an extra week. Sporting integrity probably goes out the window when the team that finishes top doesn't win the league. Sporting integrity goes out the window when the 8th qualifier wins the British grand prix. Sporting integrity goes out the window when a world champion doesn't get to defend his title.
  15. Seen yesterday that Emil was looking to test today or tomorrow to see if he could race on Sunday. Wonder if he was on track today? Torun putting no pressure on him to race.
