Sir Sidney
19 minutes ago, IainB said: I'll say it one final time and then leave it... He shouldn't have turned left. You do realise that although it looks like his front wheel is pointing to the right that they are actually coming towards us so that means he's turning left 😂😂 But, if you look at the video from behind, although Cooper's front wheel is turning left, his bike is still moving straight or to the right. He never comes in beyond mid track. If you look at the first lap Kye Thomson rides a similar line, albeit that he doesn't scrub off speed by over locking. Maybe Cooper was just following the line Kye took on the previous lap, thinking that was the racing line When people say 'what else could Luke have done' then look at the line Jody Scott took at the end of lap one to go inside Luke and much closer to the white line. I doubt anyone is going to change their mind about what happened and who caused it. Of course, these incidents happen in the blink of an eye. Given injuries to riders elsewhere over the last few days I am just glad that the injuries here appear relatively minor (although any concussion is not to be treated lightly)

His machine does not go left at any point down the straight and he's lined up to go through gate 3. Video evidence is very very clear on what happened. It seems some still need lessons in basic physics.

A couple of things here: a) how are we to know who you are? 2) fans discuss incidents, it's part and parcel of the sport. I don't think it was done deliberately, but this is an occasion when a lot of people (including Jan Staechmann) think the rider ahead should have been declared as the cause of the stoppage. Obviously we all feel for the injured riders. That shouldn't prevent fans from discussing what happened. Also discussing it is fine but its gone on and on and on and got a bit silly (in BSF style) now so you can understand riders and their families getting fed up with it. "philwhitewasmad" and "in the fence" doesn't sound like someone who shies away from discussing hard riding ...
tellboy
People moaning about Cooper turning left need to be at the GP tonight.Zmarzlik and Woryna turn left very early when it stops riders from getting inside them. 2 1
