Dayle Wood has come on massively from a few years ago when he was a wobbly danger to himself and others 👍🏻

Least he’s willing to guest unlike several other riders who would prefer to sit on their arse than make money.

I'm not knocking it Blobby in fact I'm thinking having ad-hoc guests could help the sport out if Belle Vue for instance could get Emil or Jepsen Jensen in say for 3-4 meetings to part cover Bewley crowds you would think would be pretty good to offset the cost.

What's the score with Kemp guesting has he signed for a championship side or is he going to be just guesting for any team that's willing to pay up until his European calendar fills up again ?

Seems a sensible decision by Kemp. Dropped the Champ to try & make it abroad, I'll give credit to any rider brave enough to do that.

But if his calendar is quiet, he can pick up guest bookings.

I watched it on catch up and after heat one I was tempted to turn it off right there but Oxford did make an effort to try and put it right and it did improve.

Think the issue for them is if those small tanks on the back of a van is all they have then no wonder they had trouble getting water into the track during the day.

I thought the slightly extended water/ grading break massively helped the track and quality of racing . Shame they never watered again.

No the issue is there is NO water in the base. Superficial watering is no good.

You never see hosepipes used anymore, some water trucks literally dribble water out so takes forever to have any effect.

Hosepipes are no better, especially for an even watering but Oxford's Heath Robinson contraption is not fit for purpose and more reminiscent of an old man having a p155, which is why it always seems to be dusty there 😷
