I’ve not found anything- but wondered whether someone has compiled such a list - especially as speedway lurches towards its 100th Anniversary ? Then the Promotion rights were put up for sale. 1980-1984 (March) Ray Glover. 1984-1989 (February) Maurice Ducker. 1991-1992 (June) Cliff Carr. 1992 (July)-2013 Neil Machin along with Tim Lucking (1996) Malcolm Wright 1996-2007 Louis Carr was involved up to the end of 2001.
