King's Lynn Stars 2027

And it’s speculation. Let’s see what Coleman delivers first before you criticise Lynn

Not criticising, I just put realistic 1-7's together rather than something unrealistic like a top two of Lambert and Fricke for example because Buster isn't going to spend thousands a night on the pair when he operates on a budget.

Someone said it would finish last and I agreed.

Buster only has a few numbers in the book and Lawson can't afford to be picky as half of the Clubs wouldn't touch him with a barge pole for various reasons whether it's attitude related or performance related around certain tracks.

Attitude related

For all the criticism of Lawson he seems to do the job he is meant to do on track.

....and he's posted on fb that he's signed 3 contracts already for 2027 (one of them being Landshut in the Polishv3rd tier).

Pickering a possibility?

If Fricke leaves we'll need a number one and I think Pickering would slot in nicely if he can rediscover how to ride the track.

I dont see him leaving Sheffield but you never know.

I think he’s said the only prem team he’d ride for is Sheffield, could see potentially Brennan or Musielak?

I don't understand why riders say that sort of thing, if a team cant fit you in you are either out of the league or have to eat humble pie and sign elsewhere.

Much as I would be very happy to see Tom at saddlebow, he is not a no1 yet , nor is pickering and museilak , well, once bitten and all that.Might as well sign Tarasenko , holder and batchelor

All of the big hitters are gone If Fricke goes back to Leicester and Lambert doesn't ride in Britain.

Could be looking at another strength in depth side if the above happens.

1. J. Kvech 6.76

2. N. Klindt 5.76

3. B. Cook 6.62

4. C. Harris 6.38

5. R. Lawson 6.63

6. C. Rushen 4.74

7. J. Scott (RS)

= 36.89

Would be heavily relying on Jan really stepping up and the two youngsters adding a couple of points to their averages as can't see massive improvement in the other four.

I can’t see Lawson or Pickering returning personally, I would say Fricke is a must on that average.

Fricke 8.24

Harris 6.38

Kvech 6.76

Brennan 5.76

Rushen 4.74

Scott r/s

leaves just over 5 points, however I can’t see Brennan joining. What average would Rasmus Jensen have? Depending on that you could take out Brennan and leave around 3/4 points with Jensen slotted in.

Unfortunately we don't have many top riders over here to a point where every Club has at least one.

Personally I'd like to see Lambert at King's Lynn because it'll be good for the League and it'll help when it comes to a TV deal.

My King's Lynn 1-7's so far are poor, I agree but as always I'll only build realistic sides rather than top sides that feature riders who aren't likely to be available.

As a starting point I have to take the Kurtz (Belle Vue), Doyle and Bewley (Ipswich), Musielak (Northampton) and J. Holder (Sheffield) info into account when building my sides.

I’d love to see Tom Brennan in Stars colours but think he’ll probably be at Sheffield.

I would think Jody is nailed as RS and unless Kvech has a change of heart about racing in the UK, pretty sure he’ll be back. I could see Northampton fancying Bomber but again, think he’s likely to return.

Can’t see Lawson returning, think that ship has sailed now.

I think average wise, Lynn could theoretically track the same 1-7 as last season. Whether they will or not, I don’t know.

Personally I’d take Brennan over Cook and use the extra to strengthen the number 2/4 position which was a problem for us last season. Would love to see Bednar over here but again, probably fantasy speedway.

Any forward thinking promotion would have had Brennan in there sights for months so can’t imagine Lynn will be the destination.

Did think about Bednar but an average of six I think? Too high for me
