Or was Louis given an offer he couldn’t refuse by Chapman to enable the Premiership to run with enough clubs? More questions than answers. After my initial positivity of moving up, that positivity is turning to negativity with each passing day! Lets hope we’re all pleasantly surprised.... Col 854 Posted December 5, 2018 All very dodgy in the East, must say. Lynn retain Lambert, Proctor & NKI. Boro sign Harris, J Holder & K Bjerre. Witches get Nicholls, King, Schlien & H Andersen (assuming Poole don't).
Racin Jason 72 1,283 Posted December 5, 2018 Maybe change the teams name to Leicester lions. History repeats itself yet again. Top league in trouble. Pleads teams to go up Promises of spreading the top riders around. Empty promises and financial misery for the poor unfortunates. Why don’t we learn from history.

Spl77 337 Posted December 5, 2018 Louis did say we would be competive! Looks like we'll be involved for the scrap for the wooden spoon. Not much seems to have changed since the last time we were in the top flight

woodenspoon 157 Posted December 5, 2018 I would like to see teams that move up to the Premier league getting a bit more help in securing competitive teams, this could mean say letting them build to 2.50 points over the limit for the other teams, which would mean as they struggle to get the top heat leaders, at least they could have more solid teams throughout the 1-7. Look what has happened this year, Doyle becomes available, immediately snapped up by Swindon, who then release Morris, who then is snapped up by Wolverhampton, these riders should go to the newcomers, but finances come into it, and unfortunately the better riders never get to the new teams. It has been rumoured that Cook at belle Vue could be available, as apparently he wanted too much to ride this year and Belle Vue told him if he found a team willing to pay that much he could go. His only outlet would be Peterborough or Ipswich and I do not see them willing to pay.

At least last year Leicester secured Vaculik - although scuppered almost immediately by his injury

Already puts said rider's attitude on the back foot, no good for team.

Spl77 337 Posted December 5, 2018 Check out @DrewKemp118’s Tweet: The only Ipswich activity on social media is recent days and very much a case of what you could have had. With each passing day the sale of the club and the 'move up' is looking like the wrong move.
