Edinburgh v Berwick

Had  a discussion about Drew Kemp when Berwick were looking to replace Leon for the Glasgow match (before finding out he was in the same meeting).  Left the discussion thinking that since Drew wasn't a rising star in our league (Eastbourne have Jason Edwards) he would be unavailable. Since he has an actual average we thought the rider he would be replacing would need a higher average than him.

Think Al Stewart has it right    It all about your initial declaration I think and if you could fit a 3 rising star in then you can use that as guest? Correct me if wrong. Think Monarchs could easily have fitted a higher rated rising star into initial team?   Also Kemp is in the list despite Edwards being listed at Eastbourne   Kemp on a 3 star    Bickly is also in the list   It on the Speedway GB web under Championship header

Kyle Bickley can't be used as a Rising Star in a Championship team, tho....   He's rated 4*

Its all about interpretation

Probably the same interpretation that saw Berwick replace Coty Garcia with Kasper Anderson, only for him to be replaced by Coty Garcia so Berwick were able to get R/R last week. Now back in comes Anderson to replace Garcia.

Why bother having a National League team when you replace the main team's number 7 with a guest, when there's 2 riders in the NL team of a similar standard? Thought the point of having an NL team was to develop riders for the main team?

Unfortunately, NBJ has suffered an adverse reaction to his Covid vaccination, and has been stood down from racing.

Bandits will deploy r/r (at #5) with all team members available to take his races.
