If i want to go to a meeting I go to the venue. I will never spend a penny on some cheap and nasty production that's probably as polished as the second rate vcrs thag were being knocked out in the 80s. -
Yes a chance to make up for an opportunity missed but history has a habit of repeating itself and with the current crop of club owners/promoters it is difficult to believe that could learn from the past or make bold decisions to take the sport forward given that the current business model does not work. It is doubtful but I guess all on the forum would be happy to be proved wrong and a new dynamic is introduced in 2026. -

Is Shielfield the only British track to stage a meeting every season since 1993? -
Hopefully two decent race tracks get delivered for both meetings... Two evenly matched teams should deliver a close semi final result overall... Max Fricke is key for Leicester and just seems to have gone off the boil a bit recently from his level a couple of months ago.. Hope he has two good meetings.... -

Kevin Juhl Pedersen announced to be in the Blue Ribband event, be interesting to see how he goes, maybe with an eye to bring him on board for next season should he perform well and stars align, potentially fixture clashes with him being Danish but the pirates do have a history of Danes in their side
