They are the Birmingham of Sweden... Looking at the others, one team seems to get around 1000 but the rest look like they get crowds that UK Speedway would be pleased with... One match that the sponsors pay for is a great idea which hopefully can help generate some wider longer term interest. . Was that the sponsors match last night? Or did two good teams generate the 4000 plus?

I saw this facebook post by US Speedway Team: Euro style main track Inner US size track Close up grandstands Air fence Academies and practices Bigger and better events International riders The base for the next golden age of American Speedway There is also a logo withe the name Speedway center of America labelled Coming soon. Anyone know anything more about this? https://www.facebook.com/UsaNationalSpeedwayTeam/posts/pfbid0Cp2R9Adomy6K8MD3byyZhLTBaJHhrUGDZMfeKVTJseDGMfg9JPhsmxVB5FyMZhqTl

If Klindt is the best rider, why do you want the 3rd best getting an extra ride in heat 15? That's basically giving up the meeting. If it is close up to heat 13, we'll need Klindt to have 2 available rides left from 3 heats, one being heat 15. To go in to heat 15 without your strongest 2 vs Fricke & partner would be absolute madness.

Sheffield Tigers 2025

Interesting to look at the top 4s home & away averages: Pickering 9.95 / 6.00 J Holder 9.40 / 8.28 C Holder 8.09 / 6.58 Rowe 6.21 / 4.00 The dropped riders are obviously not home specialists! Kerr 5.33 / 5.33 Sedgmen 2.88 / 4.43 Even if Morris & Etheridge prove to be stronger, Sheffield will need to rest to up their away form if they want to win the league! -

Well publish and be damned is a famous phrase, don't allude to unpaid wages state or shut up - thats not aimed at you but the usual suspects who state 'i spoke to a bloke down the pub who knows something types' - however I can state that if anyone cares too tootle along to companies house it provides an illuminating reading into the profitability or not of the companies that operate speedway teams!! I discussed changes with my Tigers mate last friday and we both agreed something was very likely to happen this week, If I was either Kerr and Sedgeman I'd be reluactant to ride for Sheffield again as this is the 2nd time they have been jettisoned. Etheridge is probably a decent switch - Morris is a risk - he's been out for 2 years! Kinda a final roll of the dice for the Tigers! -
ignore! misread the post!

That is insane! I remember back in the elite league days teams would get fined for fielding understrength teams!

Car park at brummies bloody nightmare.

Its one thing to have a good reserve who can be an option on the night for riders having an off night, but its a different matter when you're looking at giving them seven rides before a wheel is turned. The latter option (which I think is what Lynn will be looking at) is a massive risk, as good as Klindt can be at Leicester.

It is true though isn't it, I doubt any rider gives a fig what I think. I was making the point that we pay our riders on time so his form for Poole at times, not all the time, is not the reason for it. -

Beau would come in as a 4.00. but I believe beau currently has no visa qualification as he will need to secure a top 4 position in the state championships in Australia, which can prove quite difficult when competing against the likes of the holder bro’s, fricke, lisdey, Pickering etc etc. no doubt a talented youngster but first year on 500’s could be hard for him. so a big ? On whether Poole allow a slot for him in the hope by end of January he’s secured it.
