There's no such thing as a 3 point assessed foreigner is there? Thought the lowest they could be assessed as it 4? Could be wrong, might have been a recent rule change? Not really followed British speedway for the last year or so.

From this years team I'd have Harris, Flint, Nagel & Hodder back, the latter who is at least from what i have seen miles more a better rider than Perry. I'd personally break the bank to get Cooper Rushen & I think Tate Zischke would be good too on his average.

Not sure they wont be better off with r/r Jake is notoriously poor at Poole and Flint only got 5 at Redcar against Poole plus ex Pirate Danny King gets an extra ride.

I think Redka ran out of options, Many of the Aussies have gone or have packed away ready to go, Jake Allen is still feeling the after effects of his big off. And Leon Flint's average is something like 0.01 to high to guest.

If the top 9 averaged riders get shared amongst the 9 Champ clubs, that's not watering down the league at all (unless multiple 8+ riders were planning to return).

I've thoroughly enjoyed watching the Tigers this season, even though we finished without a trophy, the racing has been amazing and I hope we can go one step better next season. Given we have no clue about points limit, or the league structure, it's all a guess what the team could be. But it's always fun to have a go, and here's my attempt... Hopefully we'd see the two reserves pushing on. We saw glimpses throughout the year that they can add points but I think another season would give them both the chance to push on. Seems daft to keep giving up on riders after a year. Whatever happens, I'll be there in 2026 with my season ticket and the Mrs wants a season ticket too after attending a few times this year!

Loftus and Thomson for starters, 50/50 on Grahn as Gained that average from mainly being at reserve can he maintain it in the main body or improve on it not so sure. Victor probably rode himself out of a spot for next year imo as at over 7 not for me. MPT hope to never see him in monarchs colours ever again absolutely woeful. Sedgy and paco wouldn’t be fussed if either stayed or moved on. For 2026 a number 1 is a must for me got ourselves in so many good positions throughout the year to then throw it away In 13/15, trying to find one to travel up here or fly in and out could be the problem with that one.

[Andersen / Siefert Salk in on a 5pt average,something different]

I'd say if they can get the reserves right to add to the kind of top five they’ve had the last couple of years then they have every chance in 2026.

I wanted Ipswich to win it this year because I’ve felt they’ve deserved to for building consistently one of the best teams, and arguably the best in recent years and been so unlucky for one reason or another. Now they’ve won it, I’m aboard the Leicester train for 2026. Runner up twice in a row, I’d like to see them go one better next time. Make sure to retain Fricke as priority, and work down from there.

Fair enough, I think we have crossed wires slightly here. I don't disagree with a lot of what you've said, my original point was about getting top riders to come to Lynn who aren't over here already. In that regard it's not about money but rather their desire to come over. I can't ever see Buster outbidding Ipswich for Doyle or BV for Bewley for example and in that regard I suspect we are a 'have not'. I have no issue with that at all, but it does grate when he is accused of being a skinflint etc (not by you) when he puts a fair old whack into a club which doesnt have the biggest crowds (although they have improved this year). All that said I'd love him to offer Fricke more than Leicester 😁

I wouldn’t worry. Just been reading on another thread that money isn’t an issue at Kings Lynn so I’m fully expecting the chequebook to be opened and a big hitter signed up at number 1 👍🏻
