As of 26th march all TNT contents that were via disco + app will be now available via HBO max app . So if GP is still being covered it should be available here somewhere.

What about Northampton?
YeOldPitGate replied to RoundTheBoards's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
I wish them all the best but do feel its all been rushed and it would have been better to have a couple of open meetings to see if the crowds are there this year, I just hope that whoever is coming in doesn't loose a bundle and then jacks it in come October and where then in a worse situation than now. -
What about Northampton?
Jon Boy replied to RoundTheBoards's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
I was down there today. Add a foam fence and some pop up pits it is pretty much ready to go. This works for the GP’s looks like they have done lots of new tarmac there and is a very tidy main grandstand. best of luck to the incoming promotion. -
Phillips not signed for anyone (yet?) Wethers not signed for anyone. Jack Smith eligible too.... !!!

Supplemtary Reg 32... After the first set of offical averages are published, any Polish rider who hasnt rode in either of the top two leagues "for a few years", (keep that ambiguity), and has two Z's in his surname name, can come in on a 4.50 average...

Nikki p would put a few on the gate 🤔 and still riding

Can we bin this idea about speedway at Northampton. It's going to be 5 teams at a push indeed if we (Ipswich) pull our fingers out and get it sorted. Other than that I reckon next winter we'll be in the same position only this time with 5 teams the hand will be forced. If any rightminded and sensible businessman wanted to open a speedway track then they would have done it by now without all the fuss and speculation. And indeed and most importantly they would be already marketing it as a going concern.

That was the era I really started watching, great times, I have a memory of a fantastic race between Kelly and Kenny Carter one lovely Sunday afternoon.

Expecting the standard to be below the current NL as they won’t pay for the likes of Lambert, Scott, Mulford etc. Be interesting if the dates clash with other National League fixtures as where will they get riders from ?

I was an Area Manager covering Bradford for one of the UK's biggest businesses... And one of my stores had, (using loyalty card info), a 95% Asian customer base.. Hence, the range of products I put in was very much tailored for sub continent customers... The store in question had 30,000 visits per week... Definelty not a city with enough of a demographic to follow Speedway I would suggest... ..

Newcastle speedway

I’ll have a bash at possibles…. Kerr, Mountain, Barker, S.Lambert, R. Lambert ( unlikely ! ) , D.Phillips ( if still riding )……now I’m struggling….. -
As recent history has shown the local area has no desire for motorsport in the area or rugby ! If you have driven around the area you will release that the inhabitants are mainly Asian and they just don’t get motorsports so any fan base would have to travel and combine that with the costs of upgrading and developing a dilapidated stadium means it’s never going to happen no matter how many times people insist on bringing it up on this forum.

Looking to head over to Poland for the weekend of 24/04 and hoping to take in the Leszno meeting. Does anyone know when dates for that weekend will be confirmed? -
Agreed would have been one of the few who could have made things difficult for Bartoz

Well done Plymouth. Always enjoy watching the racing there on BSN. Always close and no one has the chance to race off into the distance. All the best for the new season!
-
So @lewy you have kept your hands in your pocket for another year 🤪 good news for Plymouth after no main sponsor last season
