You would have thought Lampart, Pawliki and Milik would have taught him not to sign Poles (and Czechs) - I agree Tobi M has been a flop! I had my doubts in the first meeting at Sheffield when he mustered 3 from 4 starts on one of his former home tracks! ATleast he is now attractive to any club for 2026. Of course the real shame was Jensen bailing when he did!

Part of his issue would have been the stadium rent, he even considered (for a bit) continuing to be the single leaseholder if i understood what he said correctly. If you take places like Plymouth / Workington / Scunthorpe I can only assume there model is that they are not constrained by large rents to a landlord? ergo they have a bit more budget for riders etc, or it helps stem losses. This goes back to a guy who was a chartered surveryor who many years back wrote on here and in the star about many clubs being hampered by renting - the future he argued was owning your won stadium etc. I caught a bt of the marketing from Plymouth on facebook and they seem to be doing the kids races like up in Glasgow. On that note the Glasgow promotion -have proved that perhaps you can attract a decent (ish) crowd in a large City? In the same star as the Tolley interview there is a decent bit on Glagow and their ambition - they get 1500+ crowds - the type that Tolley would have loved to get!

I have posted similar on this forum before, only to be shot down by those 'in the know' that. Throttles never stick, cut outs always work, it's no risk. Despite the rule book stating the lanyard must be attached whilst the motor is running. It is, after all only a rule

But he is not your rider

Absolutely it's not acceptable, any newcomers on 1st 2nd bend would have been covered. shower reqd when getting home. Crowds look to have increased but once you've got them in you want them to return, hence its imperative that they look for solutions to eliminate dust as much as possible. Not many tracks where you are elevated and looking down on the racing and when the winds blowing you get covered. -

Butcher rode on the Island Tuesday. Didn't look 100% and withdrew from his last ride in some discomfort. -

Surely Mr Morris put a stop to all this kind of farce, when he became the head of all things good in uk speedway. -

Butcher injured Loftus guests. It will be hard for the Chargers to overcome the loss of Scott. -

Shame I never saw you yesterday, haven't seen you since the Derwent Park days . Look yesterday was one of those days , it happens, Workington were better than us on the day . We still have much to look forward to , beat Edinburgh on Friday and we finish top . But we need to gate much better on Wednesday to have any chance of overcoming Poole in the KO Cup . -

I strongly doubt that Emil Sayfuinov or Artem Laguta will even be considered for a WC choice. The FIM still has a no Russian policy & thats not just for Track Racing. Although both former Russians are now believed to be Polish nationals neither has competed in the PZM Polish Championship so would probebly not be nominated by the National Federation -

Saturday night speedway has been the making of the business (on the face of it)... certainly not the team, it's been another shambles of a season regarding the Glads number 1 -
I dont think he is riding well enough for Premiership even at reserve.
